A gem of a property in Urgup. We had the most helpful staff we've encountered--they cheerfully and quickly arranged our day trips and tours with a smile. The hotel is clean and conformable; breakfast is excellent.

Sila and Serkan are two gems among many others who provide exceptional customer service. The whole team pulls thru and makes your stay a very pleasant one starting with a great a la carte breakfast. The location is very central and has a good vibe.

We had an amazing time!!! The hotel is perfectly located with a fab romantic view. The rooms are spacious with modern fittings. Great shower pressure. Matteress was a bit firm, but they gave us extra blanket to use a mattress pad. Staff was very helpful and went the extra mile when we left an item with our tour guide. The breakfast was delicious and regular menu items were fairly priced and tasty. So glad we booked this hotel

The staff were great, friendly, very responsive and helpful. They made all the tours and hot balloon reservations quickly, always gave friendly reminders. They always greeted us upon returning from tours with smiles. The daily breakfast spread was delicious. The cave suite was spacious and clean, lots of amenities, especially appreciated complimentary water and mineral water bottles. Great location to explore Cappadocia, had very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and would definitely recommend.

We’ve been traveling for four weeks, and Solem Cave Suites has been a highlight. The staff are extremely attentive and kind. The servers at the restaurant always made us smile (and so did the food — delicious! Their breakfast cannot be outdone!). Our room felt luxurious with indoor and outdoor space and a spa-like bathroom, and the staff, once again, were happy to offer anything they could to make it even more so. We couldn’t see the balloons from our location, but when I mentioned to the staff that I was planning to wake up early to go see them, they had my car ready and waiting by 5:00 am. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Solem cave suites was a wonderful place to stay! Beautiful, authentic cave hotel experience. The staff were exceptionally attentive and kind, and the Turkish breakfast was a fantastic way to start each day!

Gorgeous hotel with great service from all staff. Great dining experience with dinner and daily breakfast. Short walk to centre of Urgup although it is a steep walk back up the hill. Would recommend this hotel to other travellers. If you are looking for a hotel with balloon views though we could only see them from a distance and depends on wind direction.

My husband and I we were amazed by the architecture and the e nature of the hotel as the staff members were always ready to answer our questions we also had a tour around the hotel we are looking forward for next time to go and see for development going to happen in the hotel loved it 😍

Stunning- in one word! Design of the place, rooms, and the staff - couldn’t do enough. And then there is that breakfast! Wow! Thankyou for such a great place to stay.

There is no swimming pool or other recreational facilities in the compound but instead a treasure of friendly smiles and extreme care replace all the missing comfort zones. The room which was offered to us was spacious and comfortable but I am not sure about the rest. Breakfast was extensive and complete with varieties. Restaurant menu is limited but one enjoys quality products.
