They Check-in was great and the staff was friendly. There were a few spots in the room that needed dusting.

After checking in we realize there was no TV remote. Call downstair and was told it was supposed to be in front of TV, it was not. We were told someone would bring one up to the room, but that did not happen. As we were leaving for our event, I spoke to the clerk in person, and he thought the matter had been taken care of, but it had not. He said he would find us a remote control. On our arrival back from our event I asked the new clerk and she gave us a TV remote. Also the bottom hanger on the bathroom door fell off when trying to hang a towel.

Made a quick trip to LR to help daughter finish her move. This hotel was a perfect spot for my husband and I to stay.

It smelled great when we entered the hotel.Room was spacoius, loved the bathroom shower for us elderly people. Couch could be replaced very worn with holes. I wouldnt sit on it. Also AC vent needed cleaned where you sleep in the bed.

The entire reason for my stay was to give my 5 year old daughter the ability to spend the weekend swimming in a pool where sunblock wasn't necessary with her popa, but after we checked in and jumped in the pool we found the water was not even 70 degrees in a room that was barely 70 degrees and as we were both shivering cold we had to get out of the pool. When I spoke to the front desk about the issue they told me that management wanted to save money, so they don't run the heater in the indoor pool in the summer time - we were supposed to stay Friday and Saturday night (swimming until check out on Sunday morning) but we left before 10am Saturday looking for places that we could go play in warm water & she ended up with a sun burn - which was the entire point of paying for a hotel with an indoor pool to begin with!
