They charge you extra for PARKING.
Curtains and blinds do not cover everything and there is light during the night. So it always lighten up in the room .
You also can hear the person next door through the wall and throught the door. Every noise. + you can hear the people passing in the street.
The equipement are poor and old. Its the bare minimum. There is no lamps on nightstands and nothing to turn of the light from the bed.
The internet and tv were not connected.

The room was clean no bed bug no bugs at all that was great the Front desk lady was so rude sooo rude she disrespected me soo badly I don’t even know how they can hire someone so rude especially at front !

the room very full of humidity flies and Expedia said there was parking and that I would have to pay a little more than $$ at the property, and when I arrived they charged me that and $$ more for parking.

From check in to check out it was another pleasant stay here. Staff , as usual, was friendly and courteous. Nices touches by hospitality with the bathroom. I needed a last minute place for a couple of nights and HBH is my go to.

We had issues with the room at the Palms. It had maintenance problems. we got switched to the Swan accross the street and it was a wonderful experience. Thank you Jorge for being so accomodating.

It was clean, quiet, and the pools are open late as long as your quiet. There were plenty of parking spaces. Do not forget to ask for your kitchen box at the office.

My kids typically love hotel continental breakfast but the options were limited and the staff was aggressive/hostile about checking key cards. The didn't want to go back after the first day.
The office was 2-blocks away from our room and there was no in-room phone to call the office. We didn't get any service for our room for the first 3 days and when I talked to the office, they wanted me to track down the maid for them.
The internet signal was too weak for the in-room TVs and I had use my phone as a hotspot in order to watch anything on the TV.
The front door was barely functional. We had to slam it shut or it wouldn't latch.
A beachfront hotel with laminate wood floors should provide a broom in every room.
