The location is great, but I only suggest having air conditioning and a refrigerator in the room.

Property is located by many cafes and restaurants. Located on market square. Parking is offsite and confusing at first. But very convenient once we figured it out. About a one and half blocks walk through plaza. Very safe walking in area.

The hotel is nice and comfortable. There is a nice lounge with a terrace on the fourth floor. The room is simple. Would be nice to have a mini fridge and maybe a better desk and chair.

We really liked the location. Very close to shopping and restaurants. Personnel were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good too. Nothing bad to say about the hotel. Wish the bathroom would have been a little bigger.

Beautiful hotel in city center. Outside when your arrive it doesnt look like, but once you are in, lobby, rooms, it looks beautiful. Wonderful terrace to have a coffee!!! Huge spaces, big bathroom, we even had a small living room!!!!! We were 5 minutes from castle.....
Strongly recommended if staying in Karlsruhe. Loved it!!! best hotel in our trip to Europe!!!!

Beautiful hotel in city center. Outside when your arrive it doesnt look like, but once you are in, lobby, rooms, it looks beautiful. Wonderful terrace to have a coffee!!! Huge spaces, big bathroom, we even had a small living room!!!!! We were 5 minutes from castle.....

Great location next to the palace and the park. Breakfast buffet was good and the personnel very friendly. The rooms feel a bit outdated but are clean nonetheless.

Unfortunately there were construction workers busy from 5am in the morning on the market place. Hopefully that is temporary as this does not give a good rate for the hotel. Also missing curtains which made the room been illuminated by the street lights all night. Poor WIFI.
