The staff was incredible friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic!!!

Clean and friendly service. The only issue was the heater was loud and would not turn off. We did alert the staff and they were quick to fix.

My husband stayed here overnight while his mother was at the nearby hospital. Please offer high speed internet without additional cost. Also allow guests to access the HDMI inputs on the TV. He is very tech savvy and just wanted to watch his program on the TV. He asked me to take Hampton Inn off our list of preferred hotels.

Reception was good. However, when I checked out, I asked for a receipt for the stay. The front desk would not provide one since I booked through Hotels.com. I asked why and was told that was the way it was. I said I provided a credit card and expected a receipt. I was not obliged. Further, the lady at the desk was not interested in explaining anything. Hilton needs to train its staff and explain why I was not permitted a receipt. I was not happy!

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years. Unfortunately, it is really showing its age and is overdue for updating and replacing worn out everything. The staff was friendly and breakfast typical.

The hotel did not receive anything from hotels.com saying I had paid for my stay in advance so the hotel charged me again for a room I had already paid for. Now, hotels.com is refusing to refund me for their error. I paid double for a room that had no special amenities. I will be discontinuing use of hotels.com going forward.

Check in took about 30 seconds. Nice rooms, fitness center had weights and cardio machines, tasty breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful! We all enjoyed our stay!
