Our room was very clean, cozy and comfortable. Great place to stay! Lots of options at breakfast as well.

AC worked very good.
Breakfast could definitely use some attention, as they ran out of food both days we were there and were very slow to restock if they did at all.

Great location and no complaints. The room had a lot of spaces and didn’t feel cramped at all with a family of 4. I would stay here again.

The fire alarm went off at 2:30 am. I called the front desk to ask about the situation and the front desk clerk said she had no idea. My family and I could not sleep after because we weren’t sure of what was going on. Nobody called to let us know that it was safe to be in the building. Terrible night.

The room was immaculate and very comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping service wasn’t provided during our 2 night stay which was a bit of a surprise, but maybe we needed to request it? We have stayed at this location several times and will return if we need a hotel. Highly recommend!

Smells like cigarette smoke in the lobby. Bathroom in our room was not super clean. Hair in the shower. Ac is so loud.

The hotel beds and rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast was good and the common area was nice. The staff wasn't very helpful as they didn't have any blankets or pillows for us on the pullout couch.

I overheard the hotel reception say that this hotel is 2 years old. It is very Nice! The staff were friendly. Within a 35 minute drive to New Orleans.
