Deffo stay again, lovely staff, spotless and well located, quiet.

The room was very very small, as was the bathroom very small. The furniture was very dated and there was no air conditioning available at the time we went in mid October. Only one small window facing inside court, no breeze.

This hostal is on the 4th floor of a large building in central Madrid, but there is an elevator to reach it. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The room was very clean. It is a good location for exploring Madrid. Lots of shopping and dining near by.

I’ve never been anywhere that I have to ring a bell to gain entrance they insisted you left your room key just felt very uncomfortable wouldn’t ever consider staying there again

The hotel’s location was great, a few minutes away from the Gran Vía metro stop. There were restaurants and convenience stores in the area.
The hotel was located on the 4th (5th in the USA) floor. The elevator worked well.
The room was in the small side; there was not much space to move round in the bathroom. Hot and cold water was plenty.
During my stay, there was frequent noise which I was not sure came directly from the hotel. The noise sounded like people doing repair or construction.
The accommodations were just ok, great for value.

I had an inner room with a window towards a small open area in between flats. Nice to have a desk for work and good wifi. Friendly staff, open 24 hours. It’s located within the center of Madrid. The staff that assisted us was so kind and respectful. The property even accommodated to keep our luggages while we explore Madrid.
