We always stay at Schott’s when we’re in the area — it’s clean remote with lovely views a wonderful dining area and staff as well as security are very friendly and helpful!

The most wonderfully peaceful escape away from the city life. Perfect for a relaxing adventure and excellent opportunity to see the aurora borealis! Friendly people and great grounds. The lake is idyllic too.

We really enjoyed the resort. With the exception of one server who was indifferent. We waited over 45 minutes for desert. Our coffe was cold. Zoe our first server was great . She interacted with us and went out of her way to bring our main course down as we were outside with our dog

The rooms have no ac or fan. With summer temperatures it is an oven to sleep in the rooms. The wifi is terrible in the rooms so we had to go all the way to the restaurant to be able to access it. Real shame as it is a nice place.

The accommodation is located in a motel away from the main lodge and lake. The room was comfortable and internet worked good. Bedding for pull out couch was inside the couch and not adequate for the cool evening - there were no extra blankets or pillows and staff had gone for the evening. Staff was very friendly, yet it was confusing as to where a person would check in or deliver paperwork from your stay. The kitchen is the main lodge on the lake and the food was great. I would stay here again.

Stayed in the motel on a fishing trip, it was exactly what we needed. Felt like staying in a little cabin in the woods. Super accomodating and friendly staff. Very nice area surrounding the property. Will be staying again forsure.

Nice big rooms and clean. Secure property with guard gates which was great. Fast check-in. Really nice campground in the summer.

This hidden gem is outstanding! From the moment we drove onto the tranquil property, until the moment we left we felt so well taken care of we did not want to leave. Mike, Tammy were so kind and helpful, the maintenance/security man even shoveled a path to a fire pit so we could enjoy a fire! The Kitchen served me up the best lobster eggs benedict I have ever had! I can not wait to return to this beauty!
