There no one on front desk and bags are left in lobby unattended as no front desk. Hotel advised 24/7 front desk. I have no problem of bags stored in lobby when someone on the desk, not when there no one - sign leave bags at own risk? I booked hotel 2 days before and ask for early check and storage of bag and was told that was ok. When I got there that is not the case. The room is good.

I stayed in room 405, but the Wi-Fi signal is very weak, and the air conditioning can only be set to 23 degrees. Occasionally, I find heart-shaped bugs near bathroom

This property was perfect for me and my wife! We absolutely adored how close it was to all the main shopping areas and dining areas. It was a very simple room that provided all the necessary things needed for our stay such as a comfortable bed and a lovely shower. We also loved the no contact check in/check out process option. The family mart right across the hotel was a big bonus! We will definitely be back for another stay.

Great location, friendly staff, room was clean. Biggest complaint was air conditioner did very little (wouldn't go below 23°C, and I'm not convinced it ever reached that) and mattress was uncomfortable.

Check-in was a not the best. I got an email with a QR code about fast check in after I had checked in. The staff was okay. The whole place seems purposely under staffed. Check out a little too early, and no option for late check out. The room was possibly the smallest room I have ever stayed in. Basically a hallway with a bath shower in 1 closet and a bed in another other. But for the price good okay. Good value considering the relative location. Over all good.

Well connected train station is probably 15-20mins walk with kids. Bus stop just round the corner might be an better option depending where you are going.

The property is located at a very convenient place. It’s a 10 minute walk from the train station and Shibuya Crossing. Across from the hotel, there’s a Family Mart that’s open 24 hours a day where you can get some food anytime. Staff was helpful and the place was fairly clean.
Few things that stood out for us was the shower room was very tight in space. It was hard to move inside the shower, but that’s expected of Japan. This might be challenging for other people but we just worked around it. Another thing was, since the area is mostly catered to young adults and there are clubs around the hotel, there are times that you would see drunk people early in the morning but they don’t do harm at all.
All in all, we’ve had a great stay and would definitely come back.
