Lovely stay with spacious rooms and balconies. Breakfast was superb with multiple choices. Location was perfect… a three minute walk two the old town walls. Plenty of shopping and tavernas right outside. Highly recommend the stay.

Warm welcome on arrival; immaculately clean room (shame about the view from 310 and, I imagine 309 and 308 plus similar outlooks on 2nd and 4th floor) towards a workshop area) Some things just are as they are. Bed was very firm; linens very crisp and clean; towels huge and shower very powerful. Toiletries were citrus//olive oil/ honey based and lovely. Breakfast was excellent - freshly squeezed orange juice and home made granola were highlights and tea in a teapot! Access point to Old city of Chania was just a block away(supermarket on the corner). Bus station 2 blocks away. Location perfect for exploring. All staff were great, but Thalia and Samantha gave us recommendations to some of the best(and not expensive) restaurants to try. Our city break with a historical emphasis became a gastronomic adventure.

Everything was outstanding about this hotel except 1) you had to hold the shower head in one hand as there was no shower mount for above your head (hard to wash long hair) and 2) the tv remote was very finicky and the channel options were poor. Awesome terrace and comfortable bed. Great breakfast and very friendly staff.

This place was amazing. It’s centrally located to Old Town. Staff was super friendly, hospitable, and helpful. The continental breakfast was delicious. I could not sing higher praises for this hotel.

Very nice hotel that is very close to both the Venetian port and the Ktel bus terminal.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggage while we toured around before moving on to our next destination.
Breakfast was included and there was a nice variety of foods, all very tasty.

We could not have been happier with the wonderful staff at this hotel. They went out of theor way to help us with things like finding a laindromat, booking a car, booking a taxi and providing take away breakfast when.one of us had to leave early in the morning. The hotel is clean and well looked after. The breakfast was excelle t

This was the best hotel me and my husband have been staying in, it was so fresh and cozy. Everything from the staff, to cleaning, to the food, the interior and exterior was great.
The breakfast was excellent and had a verity of everything, they also changed some of the things from day to day so it wasn’t always the same. They cleaned the rooms and changed towels everyday.
The location of the hotel was really central, you could get to the beach by 15min walk and to the old town by 5min walk.
Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a cozy and loving hotel that will take care of you.

Excellent hotel with great facilities that were extremely clean. However, the amazing staff made it extra special for us. Samantha, Tomas and the rest of the team made it extra special. Personalised gestures, great recommendations and their warmth made this stay very memorable.
