We were charged an additional destination fee that was not listed when we booked. They decided not to refund this fee so I felt they were dishonest about additional charges.

Overall, our stay was fine. Room had the smallest tv I’ve seen in a modern hotel. Tv signals were weak. Not good for college football weekends.

Horrible check in!! The lady, Carol at the desk was rude. Yelled to us when we were coming in, can't check in till 4pm! Ok, we thought it was 3pm like most Hotels. We arrived at 315. She then tells me, our room will be ready at 330? Family had already uploaded our car. Had our stuff on a cart. We waited in the lobby, in full view of this woman. Other guests started coming in to check in, as it was now 345. She never once said, come on up! I then got in line behind 6 other guests checking in. Ridiculous. Room was just ok, certainly not worth $300 a night during the week for a family of 4!! We had stayed at Gatlinburg Margaritaville 3 weeks prior for the same price. Much better Hotel for the same money! Also, the indoor pool was cold. Super thin small towels in our room. Beds were awful. Plastic silverware for breakfast was the cheapest made. Won't be staying here ever again!!

Great for kids

We stay here each time we visit Gatlinburg. We love the indoor waterpark for the kids and the ability to walk to the National Park or downtown, avoiding the parking disasters.

Staff has strong accent and hard to understand. No blankets available. Room was very clean.

This was a great hotel and my family and I enjoyed our stay a lot. The staff was amazing and my kids loved the waterpark/pool feature. Our rooms were clean and the pool water temperature was nice and warm. Not to mention, the parking was free and the hotel is walking distance from the main downtown strip. If we ever come back to Gatlinburg, we would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable stay. My granddaughter, two of my great grandchildren and I stayed 2 nights. We went to the aquarium and Pigeon Forge. The splash pad at the Holiday Inn was wonderful, the kids loved it! We all enjoyed the pool and the breakfast. The staff was great, provided a crib at no extra charge! Wonderful stay!

Came to Gatlinburg for a quick family get away before school starts up. Holiday Inn was a good price in a great location. An easy walk to the strip but far enough off that it didn’t cause any noise issues. The free parking was a huge bonus as fees can really add up. The breakfast was a good starter to the day. It wasn't a grand buffet but had staples and got the job done. The room was clean and everything was in working order. The only issue was the pool was very cloudy and didn't seem a good idea to swim in. The water park was simple and great for the kids however the surface was very rough and easy scuffed up bare feet. The staff was great, didn't have any major issues just more towels, which was easily accessible. Would stay at hotel again and recommend.

Never stay at the hotel, because our room wasn't ready 😭 had to find another hotel up the street from holiday inn. Manager was very nasty to us.

Great place to stay if you have kids waterpark is awesome just wish they had towels in the pool area they do give you some in your room but very small towels that you have to exchange

We booked this hotel because it was rainy and the waterpark play area looked fun. It was a win! My son played for 3 hours straight and we had to drag him out! We were able to walk to the main road and have dinner and dessert. We even saw a bear behind the parking lot! The breakfast was very good for hotel breakfast. The only negative thing I can say is the parking seemed like as issue but we did get a spot.
