Hotel was superb. Beautiful property, great customer service, lots of amenities. Door man took our luggage to our room and offered some advice on parking and getting around the city.

Normally fraser suit room has a kitchen but it was not. The room was so cozy.

The hotel is good, no frills, just a solid, clean, good hotel. We got a suite and that was great for our family of 3.

I think it is a unique and lovely property. Love the granite wall, staircase curving, double door into the room, etc. Interesting place. Wish restaurant was open for breakfast.

Very fancy hotel with amazing rooms. However being in the middle of kitchen renovation should be explicitly mentioned. I would not take hotel with no breakfast option.

We loved this property. Clean, beautiful, great location. The train/metro is across the street, so it's not idyllic in terms of views, but the inside is beautiful. The restaurant and bar were under renovation when we stayed, so I cannot comment on that.

We wish they had a bar or restaurant but other than that it was one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Europe. Center of the old town, fish market, lakes and everything. Really nice and beautiful.
