So very central to everything and very close to Lake Como. Hotel is really nice and large selection and vast variety of food for breakfast. Thoroughly recommend this property.

Hotel is in the center of Como and pedestrian only. Perfect location for night life and tours. We had a small balcony facing the courtyard in which we could open windows. At night we closed the windows and had no noise. Beds are abit hard but breakfast was very good

We were travelling for a month and had a lot of luggage so parking was really important to us and we filtered our search by properties that had parking. Property advertised “parking available” which unfortunately means we don’t have parking but for a fee you can use a parking station nearby. We paid an additional £45 to park for the night which we hadn’t expected. On the upside, the location was amazing, the city is beautiful and the hotel is in the centre of everything. We were very comfortable here. Lastly the staff were really kind and friendly.

Great hotel centrally located. Good breakfast, great coffee. Bus groups stay here so you are surrounded by large groups at breakfast. Room had window opening to courtyard which was nice for air. Lighting was quite dim so needed curtains and shutters opened if you wanted to read books. Staff friendly.

The room was fine, (large, nice bathroom, comfy mattresses) except for the large crib taking up valuable floor space in room with 3 twin beds. However, the evening was very noisy as it overlooks an otherwise lovely piazza serving dinner. The noise from the piazza continued until after 2am , making falling/staying asleep difficult. If you need a night's sleep after a long travel day, like ours, sleep somewhere else. Maybe being a Saturday night was the problem??

The entire staff was excellent from the time we arrived till the time we left. It is difficult to pick one individual since all of them were great. Many thanks to the entire team.

This hotel was delightfully comfortable. A perfect place to rest after long travel. Lovely nightlife, but quiet room. Walkable to two train stations and the ferry, plus all the beautiful streets.

Beautiful hotel right in the heart of Como. Walkable to boat ferry and to the quieter surrounding neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Pros: excellent location, central to train and water port, restaurants and bars. Cons: no A/c in room we complained about it and nothing changed and we have a baby. WiFi was in an out. We were not provided extra towels and garbage was not taken out.

The hotel is located right in the town centre. The water front and the historic sites are within an easy walking distance. The flip side is the state of the hotel. The lift is too small and slow. The room we stayed was very dark as it was at the back of the hotel.

Conveniently situated hotel within easy walking distance of the cathedral and lake. Rooms spotless and comfortable. Breakfast very good. Would not hesitate to stay again if in Como.

The reception was very helpful his Name is Mowafak was very nice and kind and smiling all the time . I will come back and stay in this hotel
