A very comfortable and modern hotel right in the heart of the old town. Easy to walk nearly everywhere but with a taxi stand one street over if you need to go further. Good breakfast and a nice rooftop patio. Staff was helpful and friendly!

This is a lovely hotel in a fun part of charming Santa Cruz de Tenerife. The hotel has a gym, a rooftop pool and restaurant, and a restaurant in the smart lobby area. The room itself was quiet, spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable.

Our shower had a small leak into the bathroom—nothing too bad, but worth mentioning. It was definitely not a big problem. The hotel was well-situated and very close to some great restaurants. The parking is extremely narrow and only suited for small cars.

Great hotel and location, nice rooftop terrace although the pool is small. Don’t try parking in the hotel parking unless you are very used to parking in very tight spaces! There is cheaper and more spacious public parking just around the corner from the hotel (Plaza de España).

Good location, clean and great roof top bar and pool.
Narrow inconvenient basement parking. Hotel’s employee did minimum effort to explain how to access the parking. Next day we use a public parking at 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

I tried to call room service multiple times and no answer, and when i tried to call the reception they immediately put me on hold for a long time each time. I gave up and ordered ubereats.
