I spent 3 nights for the Dunhill Links golf. Great location for visiting st. Andrews and Carnoustie. Very friendly staff, nice room. Everything was as expected, can highly recommend this hotel.

Unsatisfactory bed in the first room they put us in and it was promptly addressed.

Very clean and good staff

Sofa bed not made up when we arrived, but quickly sorted after a call to reception. Room was too warm. Mattress springs were prominent and creaked when moving about in bed. Restaurant staff were great, but layout of breakfast food area was tricky to navigate, especially when trying to keep safe when carrying hot liquids.

Very enjoyable. Hotel central in a city with many, many attraction’s. SHOUT OUT ABOUT IT. If you are, SHOUT LOUDER. Super trip, will be returning soon to see some more.

Staff welcoming, room clean and easy check in and out. Both enjoyed a deep sleep with a great breakfast enjoyed at our leisure.

Hotel room was lovely,and nice and quiet at night. Staff all very nice. My only grumble was breakfast. Quality of cooked food was a bit bland. Run out of egg and bacon and had to wait about 9 mins for it to be replenished, but then I noticed the cook was on his own in the kitchen, when the restaurant was very busy. This seems a bit unfair.

We were received in a very friendly manner and our room was clean and convenient. Bed was comfortable but small for two people. Only breakfast was disappointing. Coffee was watery, scrambled eggs also watery, breakfastroom smelly and cold.

On first look area looks a little run down but only a short walk to city centre. Check in was very welcoming and friendly. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly and helpful, a real asset to the company. The room we were allocated was very large, however, unfortunately it looked out on nightclubs and the music was loud from early evening. When I raised this at reception even though the hotel was extremely busy they managed to do some juggling and reallocated us another room. A little smaller but much quieter so we were happy. Breakfast was decent quality with a vast choice available. Drinks were reasonably priced. The only downside was that although there were 3 of us in the room only 2 bath towels were provided and although housekeeping made up our beds they didnt top up toilet roll, other toiletries or remove empty glasses. All in all a really good hotel, especially for 3 star.

Found the hotel easily and got parked onsite. Easy walking distance to city centre. Polite and friendly staff. Decent buffet breakfast.

The staff were wonderful and accommodating. We are a family of 4, and the room I booked was called a a Superior room which had two queen beds. I believe the actual beds in our room were double beds, but we weren’t concerned about that. We were exhausted after a day of travel. We were in the room less than a half hour and one of the beds broke! Bottom gave right out. A staff member came up and confirmed it was not safe to sleep on and two of the kids were sent to a separate room on a different floor. That was disappointing. But everyone was helpful and did what they could to keep us comfortable.

Overnight stay in the city - hotel had everything we needed. Warm welcome, spacious room, comfy bed and breakfast included. Only downfall was paying extra to park.

Really nice modern hotel with a relaxing and calm atmosphere, very clean and comfortable room, the staff were very pleasant and welcoming, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

The aircondi tioner did not work, and the room was very heat and piorly ventilated. We called the front desk multiple times in the night to look into it but did not pick up the phone for hours until we call through our celphone. Also, after getting through and they promised to look i to the problem, they did not call back. We called a few more times, and they kept reassuring they are looking into it all to no avail, and they still dis not call us back. We ended up sleeping in underwear and manually fanning ourselves.
