The bed was super uncomfortable, super bumpy and the pillows would sink to paper thin. When I told the hotel, they said they would pass it to the manager to check the mattress. Also, they charged me for parking in an open parking lot, when they say its free parking.

We were not allowed to check in because the room was in my name not my husbands
So he and my son went home it was supposed to be a father son event my husband had all the info the lady at check in was rude and dismissive. We will not book at Hampton again.

First time here Thanksgiving get together, location ideal. Things to do nearby and walking distance. Room was excellent clean, and service was very helpful.

Booked a handicap room but was denied at check in, so had to go 3 days with no shower and a toilet that was too low. Very disappointing!

Michael and Jazelle were amazing and helped to make my Wife’s wine country getaway even more memorable! Jazelle was so sweet with my Daughter and joked with her throughout our stay. Michael helped us with any requests and was patient and kind! I enjoyed the breakfast!

The blackout blind and metal holder fell onto my sister's hands and broke the skin in two places when she tried to close it. I asked that I be contacted by the manager about this very dangerous incident. I have never heard from anyone. It could have hit her on the head.

The stay was great. The reason for the stay was to relax after packing my house and moving to Murrieta. I needed a few days to just chill and do nothing. My room was close to the elevator (as I requested) and very quiet even though the hotel had a large group of teenagers staying there. Breakfast was okay I did not try all of the items available ( good variety for everyone) cereal, oatmeal, waffles, toast, bagels, eggs, sausage, fruit, muffins and juices, coffee, milk etc. I had the sausage, country potatoes and cranberry juice it was sufficient so I would not be hungry later. Bathroom, bedroom area was very clean, towels were soft, bath shower gel smelled refreshing and was calming while taking a shower. Mattress and pillows were too soft for me, but I still had a good nights sleep and a few short naps during the day! I would definitely recommend staying at the Hampton Inn in Murrieta.

We had an issue with the air conditioning and when it could not be resolved we were moved to a new room. Very courteous and helpful staff.

Not clean. Mold in the corners of the shower. Smelled dirty. Not enough towels and wash cloths. Bed is very uncomfortable. This hotel use to be very clean and nice.

TV didn't work at all in the room and by the time we realized it, was 11pm and we were all unpacked and not in the mood to move.

Even though we had a good stay at the hotel, we didn’t appreciate that cleaning was done every other day (we stayed 3 days) and drinking water was not given but the first day.

Everything was terrific! Cleaning every other day, not so much. The staff was friendly and helpful. The area surroundings offered a wide variety of dining options. I really enjoyed my stay
