Enjoyed my stay at the hotel the food was excellent and it's very clean

The person at the front desk for check-in was not friendly. It’s almost like they couldn’t be bothered with you there no information whatever it’s like he was pulling teeth to get some information from them.

We had a one night stay in the Euphoria room and the atmosphere was calm and serene with a beautiful tropical atmosphere. We had the escovich fish and ackee salt fish with as side of scrambled eggs for breakfast. ...everything was delicious! Having fresh fruit and cane sugar available was a plus! Our servers were attentive and professional. Our ceiling fan did not work but the A/C in room kept us pretty comfy during night. The water pressure in the shower was low but overall our stay was great! Highly recommend!

Professionalism was on point, the breakfast was amazing, cleanliness was on point, amenities were exquisite and the hotel staff was top tier. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I stayed for one night, the check in process was seem less . We had a few issues in the room but it was fixed quickly. One thing though we didn’t know that the standard room doesn’t comes with wash rags.

We have stayed in Hibiscus twice previously and it was indeed lovely and well kept. Unfortunately, it has gone down hill. The whirlpool was extremely dirty, some areas need updating, especially the bathroom. The service was great. The receptionist and bartender was very friendly. It’s just the building that needs improvement and the sorting area at the front did not have the greatest of smells.
Please Hibiscus management's do your best to get this gem of a place sparking again.

I used a different card payment at the resort to pay in full. I was told that I would have been refunded the initial payment and still have not received the refund. I appreciate your help to get an expedited refund. Thank you

In the heart of Ocho Rios, easy walk to ATM and shops. Security guard on duty 24 hours. Rooms clean. Staff are top notch. Extremely pleasant and fun. I will definitely stay again. Hidden Gem

I usually don’t leave bad reviews.
But Hibiscus front desk person needs to get some training on hospitality. Check in she (front desk lady) was not smiling or did not explain about the lunch or dinner hours. Only breakfast……. That’s is what I wanted to stay there for more convenient for me & my 73 year old aunt. Every time I would come to ask anything she was very snappy. For future reference for this place Hibiscus please note that if you’re staying in a standard room that you all don’t give WASH TOWELS (face towel) for your guests. So happy I travel with everything I need. TV IS A NOT WORKING…. Ask to get help to work TV….when I checked in & no one came to fix the TV my whole stay. I was told this was a non smoking place . & persons was smoking on there balcony weed & cigarettes… so I followed the rules and instructions & smoked my cigarettes by the road. Good day & god bless your soul

This hotel is lovely for a short stay. Very nice garden area and sea view. The rooms were very clean and had sea/pool view. My only issue with the room was the toilet ceiling opens up into the room. Not great if you’re looking for a quiet stay or you are a light sleeper as there is a club across the road which you can hear all night.
I love that there is like a private viewing platform of the sea (not a beach). Overall I would stay again for a quick stop off in ocho Rios

I liked the openness of the property and the proximity of restaurants and the breakfasts in the morning. What I didn't like was the service from the staff could have been a bit better but Jamaica is a laid back country and some people carry that tradition to work. No problem. All in all it was a great experience.

I got 4 single beds instead of 2 double beds..
The pool and Hot tub was very dirty.. reception staff wasn't very friendly
