Amazing hotel, beautiful grounds, friendly staff. Not the best of location if one hasn't got a car. The entrance not very clear and abit in inviting. But certainly not our first stay and won't be our last.

We were here for a long weekend with 7 couples for my husbands 50th. We had a great time.. staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Raymond was the best waiter ever and his son super nice and always smiling. The beach was excellent… resort is small but super convenient for a short trip..

The staff are superb, and the experience all around was very positive. They really could not have tried harder for their guests.
To be picky, and I do mean very picky. The refrigerator that was fully stocked upon arrival, became hit and miss for the next 8 days.
The property IS in good order, but it is not brand new, so do expect a blemish here and there.
Due to being their quiet time of year, they would randomly decided to not open certain restaurants. This was our biggest "niggle" as there was no prewarning, and twice we had made plans with friends that we had met at the resort, and then had to search for them.
Like I said though, a great vacation..just had to point out the very minor points.

I just loved the facilities. The restaurants and the food quality. The rooms and accommodations, multiple pools and beaches. The staff delivered excellent customer service, got to know us by name , and always delivered that service “from the heart” from the time they greeted us on the Lobby with cool lemongrass soaked washcloths until I checked out,I enjoyed every aspect of our stay, including the entertainment, the impeccable grounds and the resident cats. ♥️ We definitely will be returning to Jewel Paradise Cove Resort.

The Property was nice but some things need improving. The A/C in our room blew cool but not cold air. Our ocean front balcony room only had a 1ft board to walk on. No balcony to sit on. Dinning options were limited. Drinks limited .Staff was very nice.

My stay was great. But for an all adult resort I felt we needed more entertainment (was disappointed the night club was closed) felt we should have been
Made aware of this. Food choices were extremely limited. Jerk hut food was the best. Appreciated the top shelf alcohol. Nice to see that a resort had Wray and Nephew. Staff was excellent and friendly. Like most resort not much Jamaican food choices. Would come back in the future.

I like the property overall, but I was disappointed doing my stay. There was no hot water for the whole eight days I was there. Two of those days there was no water for half of the day. I didn’t feel enough was being done to correct the problem.

The Good: Beautiful property, Beaches, pools & water slide are all great. Good flavorful food, enough variety to satisfy Jamaicans and visitors. The Jerk Hut on the Beach is a big Plus. Check in staff and process excellent. Staff in general was very helpful and friendly, which is typical for Jamaica.
The Property is in Cove off the street so if you don't drive a car. Be prepared to stay on Property. Nightly entertainment I would give a 7 out of 10. Cabaret show each night and a DJ plays music after.
The Challenges: Room surfaces shows age and ware. AC sounded like a Helicopter & the Room had a slightly moldy odor that they tried to cover up with an air freshener. Over all Great stay & I would recommend the resort! C.W.
