It was clean.

Several things were not working. We had a broken chair but the host was readily available to fix it. The air conditioning in one room had water dripping due to condensation, the other room the air conditioning stopped working because it needed servicing. The bathroom in the master bedroom had almost no water coming out . The host readily available to fix but we choose not to because it was becoming like a daily occurrence and would invade our privacy. Monday was the chair, Tuesday would have been the shower, Wednesday would have been the fresh linen and Thursday we would be leaving.. We accidentally left the air conditioner on and when we asked to fix the chair, The host texted us asking that we turn it off whenever we leave and turn it on when we were there. Had to request use of the washing machine. The host was hesitant at first to allow use because of past guest. Experience.

The place was clean and well kept

It was too much of a hassle to gain entrance, too much rules and we didn’t get to enjoy ourselves because we felt like we were under a microscope

Cleanliness and the hosts were accessible and friendly

Beds were not very comfortable and no change of linens or towels for a 4 night stay.

It felt like home. It was so comfortable and nothing was out of place. I will definitely recommend my friends and family. The hosts were so pleasant and communication was brilliant. They were so helping in locating the home. Thank you so much for allowing me this pleasure to stay at your home.

not many pots to cook

I love the location please use more color linens so that the house can have a more welcome feel. The wifi needs upgrading I had to drive to Manchester to my family for us to use our laptop. for the breakfast the eggs was ok but it would be nice to have a more island breakfast.

JAMAICA is known for fruits you could add some fruits to the breakfast. Please add a TV to the master bedroom. check out time. We were told that we need to check out 7:00 am our flight leaves 11:30 if it was later we would have to go on the street. we wake up at 5:30 am because we wanted to make sure we are packed and ready to go by the time you arrived and then you did not. Please do not charge for laundry this is my 5th house in Richmond and this is the only one that charge for doing laundry.
