If you are looking for a night over after landing (after yet another Ryanair delayed flight that saw us arriving post midnight) in Milan or looking for a place to base yourself, then this is worth your consideration. Nothing to fault and they support local people with special needs with work in the hotel and it was spotless! Self service check in was great and works for those less social arrival times.
Best to contact the hotel to arrange car parking, it took the headache out of finding a car park locally.

Best place i stayed in by a long shot in Italy, the room was self check in , the room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable , there was some noise from the street at night but not too bad , I would stay here again, it really felt like a great place to base myself in Bergamo , the staff were very helpful and lovely people

The room is very spacious. Every morning they provide a delicious croissant and bread roll for breakfast. Communication with the staff members there is easy. Parking is available for a fee. Very close to Gewiss stadium. Walkable to both the old and new parts of the city.
Rooms facing the road could be noisy at night but they provide ear plugs. They also are very helpful and allow us to change to another room facing the courtyard.

Breakfast is stocked in the room with fresh bread arriving in the morning.
A remote area but cam walk to the livelier part of town.

Very Nice and cozy hotel. Breakfast could be better. Unfortunately my son Got appendicitis and we had to spend most of the day at the hospital (not reccomended). Hotel was brilliant.

The reception staff was helpful to guide us around the area. The room was clean and quiet. The location was central to what we needed, food was accessible.

We loved our stay here! So much better than we expected. In particular we appreciated:
1) Bit of food to eat in the room upon arrival - this is so nice after a long journey
2) Teapot & milk! This British tea drinker was thrilled
3) Comfy pillows and comfy bed
4) Big room
5) warm bathroom and Excellent hot shower
6) Maid came in each day to square up the room and replenished food/water/milk/toiletries and was very generous
7) Carolina at reception was very helpful and patient with all my questions about public transport.
8) the street is old fashioned and so pretty with a great pizza place (Grano Puro) directly across!

Residenza del Borgo is in a quiet and close to stores. The room was clean and spacious. Shower has good pressure. Beddings were comfortable. The fridge was well stock up. Helpful staff and good communication with Stefano and Carolin. They also called a taxi for us to the airport. Overall excellent experience, will recommend to our friends.

We had a very nice stay in one of the apartments. Very nice and smooth entrance system with code and no card. Rooms is high standard, and the location is near the old town. The breakfast was delivered on the door which is great and relaxing. It may not include a lot of alternatives and is just enough for what you need, but for us that was fine. I really recommend this place.
