The property is located in a very nice part of Medellin. The property itself is very hip & modern. The rooftop restaurant & pool is amazing with incredible views. However the people at the front desk were not as good. When I checked in. No one showed me to my room. The hotels is not large. However there are no room number indicators on the floors. I walked both sides of the entire floor. Before i eventually found my room. You would think that for $97 a night. The front desk people or someone could have taken 5 minutes of their time to show me to my room. They were very short & seemed as if they could not be bothered when i asked questions on other occasions. This was very surprising. As it has been my experience that the people in Medellin are extremely friendly. The rest of the staff in the hotels were very friendly, helpful & accomodatint. Might want to consider putting different people at the front desk.

Had such a great time! The staff were great and the room was amazing. Stayed in the double room with a jacuzzi and it was so great! Everything was very clean and the pool was great. Would highly recommend! May be difficult if you are a light sleeper, but I had no problems with the soundproofed balcony doors and the street traffic/music that sometimes played later into the night due to the pool parties and the Flower festival.

I loved the vibe of the property. Really cool place. It was clean and i had no issues with staff assistance when needed. The only problem we had was that the outside noise is ridiculous when in the room. Especially at night. They do provide you with ear plugs but i can't really sleep in them. It was like not having doors on the balconies because they only drowned out a slight bit of traffic noise. The rooms didn't have a fridge (well at least ours didn't) im assuming the jacuzzi room didn't have that option because i did see other rooms without the jacuzzi that had lil kitchen areas. There was no ice machine so if you wanted a cool drink after hours you were just SOL unless you go buy one downstairs. I would not stay again due to the noise and a few minor inconvenient things but it really was a nice spot.

Game room for kids with a PlayStation. Hotel employees were exceptional. They set up tours for us. Set up a shuttle ride to the airport. We stayed for two nights and wish we would have planned to stay longer.

I had a fantastic suite. Jacuzzi kitchen. Great staff. Activities on roof. My issue was electrical. Ac turned off day 3 Sunday at 10am. We had a birthday celebration around 5pm. Was just to hot we had to leave. But food was great. I left my computer bag behind and when I went back in a taxi they had it for me. Saved me. Forever in the securities debt here. Pool was fun. Was warm. Good on roof was good. Could use a second elevator. Upgrade to electricity and this place is the bomb.

The property was great not crowded because there are not too many rooms. Very nice. The street noise is extremely loud. To the point they give you ear plugs in the room
