The apartment is situated on the southern edge of Kallithea, one of the largest municipalities in Greece. Kallithea itself is to the south of Athens. The Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Centre was opened in this district in 2016. It resides in a lovely park that includes the Greek National Opera and National Library.
Kallithea's waterfront experienced a nice revitalization with the arrival of the 2004 Olympics. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants, a waterfront plaza, and the nearby Flisvos Marina.
You can easily reach the Acropolis and other Athens cultural sites by bus, tram, or taxi.
Piraeus and its port are adjacent to Kallithea. It is the main departure and arrival harbor for ferries headed to the Greek islands.
