Nothing to complain about! The hotel was beautiful, cozy and looked brand new. Everything was spotless, beds soooo comfortable and rooms big and really quiet. They had plenty of options for breakfast and the lobby bar with board games was awesome. The staff was really friendly and location inside a shopping mall near the center was perfect for us. We rented a car and their parking carage was a lifesaver for us. Definitely will come back.

Nice location. Very convenient. Public transport at the door step and a huge shopping center next door. The only negative was that the spa was not in the hotel.

Excellent location. Just a few steps away from the transit stop, a few minutes ride to downtown and a small shopping mall next door
Nice clean hotel and common areas were well maintained.
Breakfast service was excellent. There was a wide selection of foods and the restaurant staff was courteous and professional.

I’ve spent thousands of dollars at this hotel staying several times for business or personal travel and I will never stay again. First room smelled so much of smoke I walked out and changed to another. The sink was clogged and wouldn’t drain water. Shower light was broken and didn’t turn on. Coffee machine in the room but no coffee capsules or tea like I had here last time I stayed. And the best? Someone else’s used bandaid found inside the bed. I didn’t even pack bandaids with me so 100% not mine. This place is actually disgusting now! There are many lovely and also affordable hotels in Zürich I’ll stay next time.

The check in was too complex and difficult and there was no
one around to help. The place feels cold and unfriendly. Also my room on the second floor had only a small window - the room felt claustrophobic. There was no shower cap. The body wash and shampoo were the same. Just felt cheap. Also, I was stuck in the elevator for 15 minutes. The doors only opened because someone on the floor pushed the button. We had no maid service for three days. Evidently you needed to text or something for that to happen. Also the location was very difficult to get a cab and no front desk to order one. I will never stay here again.

How to rate a hotel in Covid times. The rooms are large, especially for the price. However, on site parking is expensive. Staff are friendly be it at the reception on in the greatly reduced dining area. Omelette was fantastic and the bread choice was impressive. The hotel, although not directly in the city, has many transport possibilities. Tram, bus or a direct train into the main station. It is also in the middle of a large shopping centre making it even more convenient for travelers not to venture into the busy city centre. Leaving the hotel by car there are a number of motorways only minutes away. The only disadvantage, there are no real views from the small windows.

This is an amazing hotel. Very friendly staff. Amazing Breakfast buffet, free coffee, close to shops and great restaurants. Had a great cheese fondue nearby. Very conveniently located to Tram stop. Comfy bed, nice room. Loved this hotel!

Nice energy and very modern. Friendly staff. Had car parking which was important for my purposes. Very close to public transport which is key given slightly further out from city.

Love the location; tram stops at doorstep, a pretty good-sized new mall complete with supermarket, many great eateries & cinemas just behind the hotel, a metro station there as well. The location could not be more perfect, just minutes away from the main train station.
We also love the design of the wash area: separate areas for wash basin, wc and shower, so we don’t get in the way of each other when getting ready.
The Nespresso machine is also an added plus.
Hope to stay there again in our next visits.

Best hotel that I have stayed at for a while. Everything was top notch and was lovely. From ther room to the service to the breakfast you truly felt comfortable and taken care of. The rooms are very big and feel luxurious. Definately try this place out.
