The stay was great. Staff were really helpful, especially when our tour guide forgot to show up. Breakfast was functional.

The breakfast and coffee were terrible. The room flooring was uneven in the some part it wobbled when walking. Also the shower water was not draining fast so it became a pool.

I was very impressed with the customer service at the hotel - they provided a very detailed overview of the different activities available in the area, together with very fair pricing and lots of other relevant information. They also helped me make all the activity bookings, taxi bookings and got me dairy-free milk when I requested it for my intolerances.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Our stay in Ushuaia was made that much better by them. The location is great. Close to everything you’d want to see. Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Great small hotel in location that is convenient to downtown shopping and all the tours. Nice size room with very comfortable beds. Very friendly and helpful staff.

They were very kind and offered to hold our bags after we checked out if we had more we wanted to do around town. Breakfast had good offerings. The rooms were quiet and the "guard dog" was very sweet.

A warm, comfortable, and cozy stay. Feels like a bed and breakfast family style. I appreciated the excellent customer service and care looking after me and answering my questions. I would stay here again.

Staff were amazing. Extremely friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was also a highlight. Definitely recommend staying at this hotel.
