Located in the heart of vibrant central Madrid, the Cibeles Luxe are the ideal option for those seeking accommodation that offers comfort, style and exclusivity in all its spaces.
In the Las Cortes neighbourhood - one of the most traditional and historic in the city centre, known for its impressive architecture and a wide range of cultural and gastronomic offerings - there are points of interest such as the Círculo de Bellas Artes, the Museo Nacional Thyssen-Bornemisza, the ICO Museum Exhibitions of Art and Architecture, the famous Cibeles fountain, the iconic Puerta de Alcalá or the Retiro Park.
Thanks to its excellent location, our guests can enjoy within just a few minutes\' walk some of the most iconic and photographed places such as Puerta del Sol, the Royal Post Office, the seat of the Madrid City Council and whose bells mark the beginning of the New Year in Spain or the famous sculpture of the Bear and the Strawberry Tree.
In addition, it allows for excellent public transport connections to the rest of the city, with the Banco de España and Sevilla metro stations and the many bus lines that depart from that area.
The apartment:
This modern and elegant apartment with capacity for up to eleven guests is located on the fourth floor of a completely renovated building with a lift.
The spacious living room, furnished in a avant-garde style with different focal points such as a large sofa, four modern armchairs and two designer lamps, represents the perfect space to enjoy at any time of the day. The dining area, adjacent to the living room, has an elegant table with space for ten diners.
Both rooms have beautiful lighting throughout the day, thanks to their impressive windows that also serve as entrance doors to a splendid fully furnished terrace with armchairs and a dining table for six people.
As a prelude to the kitchen area, there is a living room with a smart TV and a double sofa bed, which invites relaxation thanks to its cosy atmosphere. The spacious independent kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and an elegant wooden counter with six chairs to ensure comfort and convenience for our guests.
This spectacular accommodation has five bedrooms: the master bedroom has a magnificent four-poster double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. Two other rooms have two comfortable single beds each.
The fourth bedroom has a spacious double bed, a pleasant reading area and private access to the bright terrace of the apartment. The fifth bedroom has a single bed and a private bathroom with a shower.
The apartment also has three other full bathrooms: two with showers and the third with a shower and bathtub.
All this makes Cibeles Luxe Terrace the perfect accommodation thanks to its 350m2 framed by a modern, elegant and functional style.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment\'s boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you will need the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Department (DGT). Otherwise, you will only be able to access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
