I want everyone I love to experience a vacation at CSS! We had the best time. The staff was so kind and professional and patient. The resort was so beautiful and every inch is designed thoughtfully. We appreciated the calm and romantic vibe. Though we had a blast, it wasn't a wild party resort, which is exactly what we needed to recharge. Overall it was an A experience and we hope to make it there again!

The grounds were beautiful, lots of places for photos, flowers, views, not a mega sized inclusive property, quiet with plenty to do.
Had a mishap with air conditioning and sometimes the staff had slow response on requests and not aligned on late check out.
Rendell was very nice at Bella Vista

Hotel itself is pleasant. Older property, clearly, but renovated so it looks ok. Beach is nice, even though extremely shallow. Have nice martini bar, nice vegan & natural juice bar. I liked their coffee shop. SPA, at least part that we saw, was nice and massage therapists were quite good. However, service is terrible. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because check-in staff and tour desk/concierge were super helpful. The rest of the staff was straight terrible. No one knew restaurant hours, sending us on 10 min up and down the hill run to catch the dinner that finished 30 min before. Restaurant staff was straight up rude, even by Jamaican standards. If you look for beach/pool towels around 2-3 pm, the only response you get is "we are out of towels right now, but should have some later in the day". When? When it's dark and no one needs those towels? Food options in main restaurant, Jamaican buffet for Independence Day & room service were extremely limited and if you get to any of the meals 45 min after start, they run out of all the best options. Imagine Jamaican buffet they put for Jamaican Independence Day celebration ran our of jerk chicken 45 min after the start time. How???

We really enjoyed our vacation! The beach was beautiful, there was a lot to do, and the food was delicious. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only downside was the rooms got extremely humid. There was no fan in the bathroom, and the floors were always wet.

The property is beautiful. Very clean and well kept. The room was comfortable, well maintained and clean. The staff was excellent, everyone was friendly and ready to assist with any issues or questions you have. Every section of the resort had great staff, from the front desk to the restaurants and bars, everyone was friendly and genuinely helpful. my only drawback for this resort is the food choices. As a Jamaican resort they weren't a lot of Jamaican food choices. Food choices were limited and very repetitive.

The resort is one of a kind. It is classy and gorgeous, set in a beautiful bay with tropical plants all around. The food was amazing with tons of different delicious options and live music every night.

We wanted a place that was not a club/party atmosphere. San Souci was the perfect place, it was quiet and relaxing yet still had entertainment and social events. We really loved the mineral pool and the performances. The food was amazing as well. We will go back.

Second time at couples sans souci, always the best time there!! The staff is fantastic and we thoroughly enjoy conversation with them. The Java bar is the best and Aaliyah made some of the best coffee I’ve ever had (and I’m a diehard Starbucks addict) Aaron the photographer was funny and sociable and enjoyed all our interactions with him. Germaine one of the grounds keepers was truly the sweetest and kindest person. Ruth at the spa, was kind, sweet and honestly gave the BEST massage. Alex and Bob in water sports were encouraging to participate in all the resort has to offer. My point is the staff is welcoming and genuine and really make the stay that much better. The hotel and all the amenities are literally the best. We did everything from paddle boarding to relaxing by the pool. The food is delicious. There is a good variety of dishes and there is something for everyone but their traditional Jamaican dishes are the best and what I literally crave when I’m back stateside. Transportation to and from the hotel is an added bonus and staying at the couples lounge at the airport is a treat. You’re not waiting for hours and the short wait time you are there you get to enjoy a red stripe and snacks upon your arrival, a great kick off to your vacation. I can literally go on and on about how amazing this place is and the gorgeous and secluded views. I highly recommend this hotel in Jamaica. It’s our favorite place, feels like HOME. ❤️

Stunning property. Bed uncomfortable, with a very rough blanket and cover. No pool or beach service. Every staff member was friendly and wonderful. Loved Tuesday Jamaican night. Great water/ocean activities.

This property was amazing, the views are breathtaking, the staff was beyond amazing. The spa staff, went above and beyond to take care of us. The room service and housekeeping staff were so friendly, prompt and professional. The food was always delicious with plenty of choices for every taste. The smiles and cheer that all of the staff shared with us made our stay so very enjoyable. The only drawback to the property are the stairs, the property is built on the hillside so be ready, however they have a driver available all day to transport the guest around if you do not want to walk. We will most definitely return to the property.

The smiles and cheer that all of the staff shared with us made our stay so very enjoyable. The only drawback to the property are the stairs, the property is built on the hillside so be ready, however they have a driver available all day to transport the guest around if you do not want to walk. We will most definitely return to the property.

Sadly we were very disappointed. For an all inclusive resort the choice of F&B was very limited, no stocked bar in the room, same selection of items at breakfast, lunch and dinner, limited options of bars and restaurants, a very weird system of having to book a table which was never available on the App, so we ended up dining at the same place the whole time. The one time we managed to book a table via the reception we were turned away because my husband was wearing smart shorts and not long pants (this is a resort!).
Staff was rude and inconsiderate, uninterested. We couldn't enjoy a drink at a sunset bar because it was only open for nudists (part of the nudist area of the resort). All in all a very disappointing experience.
On the positive, the location is beautiful, picturesque.
