Lordies Lodge was simply perfect. Vikki thoughtfully arranged for some basic supplies to be in the fridge when we arrived. The pool is just outside the gate and was very clean as is the whole complex. The house is roomy and a home from home. There are games and videos available and broadband as well. Lordie's Lodge is a lovely villa on a friendly complex. It's spacious, exceptionally clean and is fully equipped with everything you could need. It was perfect for a young family like mine, with a great pool, shops handy and entertainment for kids (dvds/games consel, games etc). We had an excellent 2 weeks in Cyprus and I couldn't recommend Lordie's Lodge highly enough. The owners we're extremely helpful and even arranged receipt of baby milk that we had delivered prior to our arrival. After a long journey and a difficult time with the car hire company at the airport (flat tire, one head light out and no room for suitcases(( Avis - do not use)), it was wonderful to arrive at Lordes Lodge. This Villa is equiped with everything you will need for a great holiday, from sandwich toasters, air conditioning, ceiling fans, inflatables for the little ones, playstations and ipod docking station. Lots of storage, lovely balcony, comfortable beds and a great pool area. The pool area was extremeley relaxing. Overall we had one of the best family holidays yet, by far the most superior villa we have rented in Cyprus. I would highly recommed this villa to friends and family, and we plan to return in the future.

Lordies Lodge is a gem of a villa in a fantastic complex. The overall standard of the complex and pool facilities was excellent. The villa itself was incredibly clean and came well stocked for our arrival to get us started on our stay. The entertainment provided including DVD's and Games was excellent and caters for all parties and tastes. The bedrooms and beds were exceptionally comfortable and the air conditioning quiet and effective. The kitchen facilities were good, there was a few ants that we battled away on the first day but from my experience there is always one or two in hot climates so it wasn't an issue. The decor and lounge area was relaxing and we found ourselves enjoying more nights in cooking than we'd normally do on a holiday because of it. Do not book a resort in cyprus Book this Villa!

Two weeks at Lordies Lodge with superb April weather, it was hard to lock up and fly home. Six of us, 4 adults and two teens, felt very much at home very quickly. Two of us travelled from Qatar as part of a wedding party coming from the UK, Dubai and Qatar. We decided to invite family to join us from Manchester as it was a easy meeting point. We spent days exploring Paphos, the Troodos Mountains (there was snow!) and further afield, Limossol. We had friends staying up in Kathykas and Peyia, who froze at night and had to light the log fires, whilst we cosied up on the sofas and made the most of the vast DVD collection. During the day, when we weren't exploring, we spent time melting by the pool which was blissfully quiet and relaxing, we even braved a few lenghts! The location was brilliant for us all. The 'children' were able to catch the bus down to the harbour to shop and wander about whilst the older ones lazed around reading books in the sun. We hired a car to 'go up the hill' to see friends in Peyia and Kathykas and to 'go into town' (Paphos Town Centre). The older ones in our group did hit Bar street, but felt rather old! We ate out (mostly in Payia) but did hit the 'strip' (Tonbs of the King's Rd) on a couple of occasions and when we were low on energy we cooked at 'home' after a 'littlle' shop at Lidl which is 'just around the corner'. Lordies Lodge is a fantastic spot for getting away from it all, but you're never far from any of the action and only a stone's throw away from Coral Bay and the quieter villages 'up the hill'. Other guests attending the wedding popped round for drinks one evening from hotels on the 'strip' and villas 'up the hill', each of them commented on how lovely Lordies Lodge is and how homely it felt! How right they were too!

We had almost booked a resort and decided to go with a Villa and are we ver glad we did! From the moment we opened the door to when we left and locked up we enjoyed the Lordies Lodge Villa. It is a 'Home away from home' Thanks for a lovely stay in Cyprus.If we hade friends coming to Cyprus we will suggest they stay with you. We had an awesome dinner not far from the house at Olivettos Stone grill (we went twice!) and also the Chinese restaurant next door called Chloe's both opposite of Venus Beach Hotel on Tomb of the Kings Avenue.Excellent food and service.

Wow, what a beautiful country and so friendly. The warm climate and many hours of sunlight alongside the calm clear seas made for one of the most blissful holidays in years. Villa was splendit. Pool was perfect and our children love it. Was a relaxing time as there was not much people. We had all what we need it at Lordies Lodge. The whole family enjoyed it. The places we visited were beautiful, food was great and we had a relaxing holiday. For any one who is looking for a wonderful place to vacation, this is it. Whether you're in to history, culture, water sports, shopping or just relaxing on a beautiful beach or island, this is a great place to go. There is something for everyone. The prices are reasonable compared to other European destinations. You can see the sites by driving or taking a bus. I would say that the tombs of the kings is a must. If you do go try to go in the morning as the heat at midday can sometimes be really hot and it makes it harder to enjoy walking around. Also if you want good shopping the Kato Paphos market at the top if the hill is also a must. Bargins galore and the food is better value for money. The best beach has to be Coral Bay. As you arrive at the beach the parking is not that great so if possible park in Coral Bay Strip and enjoy the walk down to the beach. When you first get onto the beach alot of people stay where the crowd is but if you go for a short walk there is always a chance you will find your own little patch with no one else around. Only thing that we didn't like at Coral Bay was that we had to pay for using the shower!! was a minus!! 1eur for using a shower it' s not so nice for a family of 7 persons and where everyone wanted to take a shower after swiming :( We love Cyprus and Villa was perfect for us!!
