The staff were helpful.

I was in a room next to reception and it was very very noisy with no consideration for guests. The hotel should remember the guests are paying the wages so some consideration of their needs would be helpful.

Room was clean and organized. Helpful & friendly stuff. They arranged a drop to airport at 1 am.

There is no such thing as ’buffet breakfast’. They brought only some slices of bread and banana to the room in the morning. The booking page showed ’free transfer’ to airport for 2 ways but they denied that offer. They offered a free pickup but the drop to airport had to be paid. Location is not far from airport but also might be bit tricky to find a public transport.

This is the first and last stay for hotel babul What i did not like mostttt is the staff attitude.....i did not mean all the staffs.. there is 1 particular staff when we arrive there.....its no problem if he tell us respectfully to wait for a few minutes until he adjust the rooms for us....there is a miscommunication between he and us and he is not very polite when talking with us, he is talking with a very loud voice and blaming particularly me for untimely arrival..."hamne bar2 pucha this is his fault" other than this other staffs are actually good and room is not upto mark but according to proce range its good enough...if you want to attract customers be polite be gentle and try to solve the problem without angry.....be professional👍
