Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, and a dishwasher, as well as an electric kettle, a microwave, and cookware. Everything about the Brierley was excellent! located 100 metres from York Minster. Beautiful apartment.
The only issue was that the directions were for driving. We travelled by train. There was no signage on the door to say it was the Brierley or which apartment it was. The directions given were not at all clear and we wandered around aimlessly for quite some time before a local came out and helped us. The agency also came to our aid.
Fantastic quiet location, only metres from shops, restaurants, bars and everything you could possibly want.

Absolutely fabulous spacious high spec apartment in the best possible location in York for visitors. Free secure parking is provided just around the corner from the front door (albeit underneath a tree which seems to be a haven for full-bowelled birds - let the reader understand!).
Watch out for the refundable deposit requirement in the small print.
Otherwise everything was perfect and I would stay again without any hesitation at all. The second bathroom has a bath/shower and WC. Plenty of room in the apartment for a small family or two couples.
