Not much you can say bad about this place. Very nice room (King Suite) with all you need from Full size fridge to dish washer and beyond. It is a bit "Rich $$$$" far as price goes, however it's just like new. Hot Breakfast is very good with many items to pick from. All in all you can't be disappointed if you stay here...........both thumbs up!

Room was clean and comfortable...little strange for an extended stay....stove , fridge and microwave...no utensils, 🍽 plates or pan's...other that ...good stay for the right price.

I’ve stayed here before and the day and night clerks and Mgmt teams are super helpful. I am a Veteran amputee and there’s never been a problem with accommodation.

Stayed at many overpriced nasty old hotels. This is not that. Everything you need from a value two star. Less than year since opening. Modern design. Functional kitchen. Large rooms high ceilings. Great HVAC. Front desk nice, but sometimes not there. I'm glad I ignored reviewers who thought they deserved four star amenities and service at this price point. Take a bag to collect to go breakfast. Bring you own toiletries. For some reason, this hotels had people who stayed out until 12-3am or checked in very late and were loud and slamming doors. Hotels needs to address that. Be very careful using open wifi. Maid service not every day. Would stay here again unless prices rise dramatically.

Family trip to visit JMU. Great location. Very convenient to shopping, dining, gas. Room was a nice size, comfortable to sleep. I gave 4 star because the TV did not work in the small gym. Also, as I read before, the AC fan in the room is obnoxiously LOUD. Can’t sleep with out the fan on and forgot to pack one. It was crazy loud. Everything else was a perfect stay. The Grab and Go breakfast worked for us. Enjoyed the Hot Chocolate. Nice Ice and water dispenser for fill ups, oatmeal, snack bars and fruit were good also. We enjoyed the fresh coffee daily to get us going. Went to the local Cracker Barrel or Bojangles right next door for breakfast:)

No toilet paper in the room. A kitchen with a stove with no cups, plates, pots, pans or any utensils. For a hotel that has only been open for 4-5 months there was water damage in the bathroom walls that was painted over & leeching through. At night there was outside our window a loud motor that would run every couple of hours. The place was as comfortable as a dorm room.

Hotel was clean and staff very friendly. One big issue made the stay disappointing. We were simply staying overnight while driving through so sleep was paramount. The room was very warm so we had the air conditioning on. It was very loud so our choices were be awaken all night by the loud a/c or leave the room very warm. Either option led to a sleepless night.

The breakfast was very disappointing. There was no juice of any kind, the hard boiled eggs were terrible,plastic in texture!

Clean. New. Strong pleasant fragrance in room might bother some guests, but we adapted quickly. The fan on the a/c was louder than expected. The kitchenette doesn’t have anything (available by request). The only thing that was a disappointment is that we didn’t realize the breakfast was grab and go with mostly just high sugar options. The coffee was weak. The area was nice.

Looks like this is a fairly new hotel, as things appeared to still be settling in. Basic layout gets the job done. The room and bed were comfortable. Friendly front desk person. The free breakfast was worth what I spent on it, but if you just want a cup of weak coffee and a granola bar to go, you're in luck. (Bunch of chain restaurants are in the vicinity, so no stress.) The shower was nice and had plenty of hot water.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were big and offered a kitchenette with full size fridge. We only stayed one night but a longer stay would be very comfortable. The beds were comfy. The breafast was simple but for what we payed can't complain. It was breafast to go. The area offerd good selection of restaurants. Definitly would stay here again.

Nice room and price, place seemed very new. Bathroom didn’t look like it was cleaned though. Hair all over and the toilet was dirty. Everything else was great and we would come back because I’m sure the dirty bathroom was just a one time thing.

Liked how spacious the room was. Clean, newly painted/upgraded, quiet.
However they did not hook up the bathroom fan. There were switches but the fan didn't work in room 122.

I was so looking forward to a hot shower. No hot water. They did offer to move me, but I was already settled in with all my stuff. Turned on the fan and immediately had an allergy attack. AC filters had not been cleaned in months. Did it myself. Dusted the top of the headboard, too. Dropped my phone and had to move the chair, ewww, a toenail, food and a bug underneath. Breakfast was lame, some breakfast bars, yogurt, and oatmeal. The bathroom was clean, the bed was comfy and the linens were nice.

we were in Harrisonburg for the James Madison opening game. We were tailgating and realized that we would not get to the hotel in time so I phoned them at 4:10 PM to let them know I needed a late check-in said that would be no problem at all when we got to the hotel they had canceled our route 11:30 PM Lady found us a room. We open the door. It had toolboxes screwdrivers on the floor three or four rollaway beds no towels. I guess she did the best. She could what she had! Very disappointed.

The floors above (I was on the second floor) were not very soundproof. I was awoken at 3:00 am with constant foot traffic in the room above. There is no carpeting in the rooms. Not stomping or running, but walking, a LOT of walking. Take ear plugs or request the 4th (top) floor!
