Awesome Stay as Always!

A little dingy looking. Toilet gave us problems flushing. Same thing happened the last time. Other than that its ok

They offer a breakfast and finally they provided cookies for breakfast.

This property advertised parking, but there are not enough spots for all of their guests and street parking was impossible on the weekend. They also advertised a free breakfast, but there was nothing available.

I loved how clean the rooms are. Thr view is nicr. There are many stores near by too in case you need anything. Great customer service checking in and out.

They offer parking but the space is very limited for the entire hotel. When I arrived they didn't have space to park, I had to look for a private parking elsewhere

There’s only parking space for a few cars and its first come first serve. Had to pay for parking across the street. Receptionist was not at desk when we arrived, had to wait for him for about 5 minutes. Place is ok to stay for a night if nothing else is available

Checked in room smelt damp beds where wet like they hadn’t dried the sheets properly the curtains even felt wet the bathroom light wouldn’t work we were told they had no more rooms and that if we checked out at that moment we would get full refund which also didn’t happen 250$ only to have to sleep in my vehicle not happy at all ‘

Organized room but needed to be more cleaner than what it was.

I booked online and was not familiar with the hotel or the area. The hotel was clean and the rooms small (no wasted space). I'm from the South and I am use to larger rooms. The neighborhoold needs rejuvenation. I was satified with my stay. The breakfast was a grab and go type meal / snack from the management. It was healthy and hygienic. The hotel is not 5 star but it met my needs.

Getting out of the Uber the driver admonished me not to go outside at night because the area is not safe. I was only here 10 hours so I stayed indoors. Small room lots of spaces in poor condition. I knew it would not be great given the price but I did not feel comfortable here.

I was there for a week there is no breakfast like advertised and the gym was closed the entire week I was there. Check-in was easy and I checked in early, check out was also easy and I checked out early. the staff there was amazing. the furniture was dated and has lots of chips and cracks. the only downside was they were smoking and the guy next to me was drunk every night standing outside the door. he left after two days though

the place didnt has parking (even though it said it did) and i was denied entry even though i prepaid. i did not get a refund even though i paid for trip protection

The hotel location is great! Parking onsite. Walking distance to good restaurants, easy acces to the subway. I didn't like the smell of marihuana in the halls and there was no breakfast, although the gave us a bag with snacks and drinks. The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was clean. We went to the Yankees Stadium, for the purpose if this trip the hotel was ideal. If you are traveling with kids this is a great option.

Room was dirty and walls were thin enough that I could hear everything on the floor.

If you need to stay in the Bronx, this is a good option.

The room was well air conditioned and the bathroom was clean. There was no parking and I had to spend extra money to park elsewhere. An apple, water and a juice was breakfast.

Property was run down furniture was broken shower stall cracked. Water dripping from vent onto toilet. Toilet was loose and rocking the smell of marijuanna everywhere

The bed linens were stained and dirty. The room itself was clean and the bathroom was ok, but the comforter was disgusting. They advertised breakfast included-it was a paper bag with a bottle of water, orange juice, and granola bar that you picked up at the front desk. No coffee or what is normally a continental breakfast.

When we checked in it took us a while to find the location - we knew the address, but since it was tucked in a bit on the side of the road, it was difficult to find. Once we found it, it was safe, clean and the personnel were friendly.

It was reasonably clean. No parking is an issue in that neighborhood.

Advertising the hotel as having “free onsite parking” is inaccurate and misleading. I specifically chose this hotel bc of the parking. I didn’t want to have to stress about my car while helping my mother get around (she has limited mobility). Unfortunately the hotel only has 6 spots out front. There is a pay lot across the street, but it’s $22 a day. Now I’m double parking in the lot to help my mother upstairs and then driving around the block each time to park the car and then vice versa to pick her up (I do t have the option of transporting her another way). Suddenly my stay has become significantly more expensive and stressful. The front staff was not at all empathetic, and they seemed to see no problem with the false advertisement. Also, the breakfast bags were disappointing. The all day coffee was nice, and the rooms were clean.

We left and did not spend the night. When we got there we were told the only parking was the lot (the lot was big enough for 5 cars and it was full.) The front desk man was nice when he checked us in but the room was smelly, dirty and stained. The lamps were broke and stained. The sheets/blanket were old and think.The hallway stunk. We went to the front desk and told them we were checking out. We were not staying.

We’re not coming back for sure. Paid breakfast for 4 people and got two bags that contained a bottle of water, orange juice, and a small bag of mini muffins bites. One bag had a banana too, the other didn’t. The staff said two bags per room. Parking is also a big issue, you’ll need to find it somewhere else. Bed sheets can certainly be better… no thanks.
