This property, inside the building is in good condition, outside, not that good, and the place appears to be shut down when you first approach the building, toilet was not working properly and no AC. Noise area, you constantly hear the loud sound of the highway. Breakfast was not bad.

Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money or time booking here. I ignored the bad reviews bc on the pictures didn't look as bad... its NOTHING LIKE THE PICS, I lost my money, I walked in and out. The place is very dirty, moldy, has a bad smell, it looks like a really bad "MOTEL" the owner was not very friendly, beds were as hard as a rock... pool was full of dirt and God knows what else. I Would never go back to this place, nor would recomend it.

I ignored the bad reviews bc on the pictures didn't look as bad... its NOTHING LIKE THE PICS, I lost my money, I walked in and out. The place is very dirty, moldy, has a bad smell, it looks like a really bad "MOTEL" the owner was not very friendly, beds were as hard as a rock... pool was full of dirt and God knows what else. I Would never go back to this place, nor would recomend it.

The lady is very kind, but they keep front door lock, and the rooms smell bad. I had to request a cancellation for my second night because can’t sleep for the noice.

This property was clearly misrepresented on the Expedia site. It was dark, smelly, dirty, old, unkept and in a horrible neighborhood. The ratings advertised were obviously bogus just to get you to book and not get your money back! The proprietor basically said tough luck it’s not refundable! She said no one books there for extended stay just for overnight! I could not even see staying there 1 night! Expedia should vet their listings! What a scam! No more Expedia for me! Worst travel experience I have ever had! Still angry after 2 weeks! The tone of the proprietor and the smirk on her face when telling me no refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP!

The hotel has a terrific staff and great location near the Convention Center and an excellent selection of restaurants. The breakfasts were delicious and varied. I would happily stay there again in a future visit to San Jose.

On entrance it was so gloomy and stinky my friends wife;s face looked so sad I knew we could not stay! We all looked at our rooms anyway and that made our decision final. I lost $175.00 American.
When we where leaving asked if could use the washroom and was told to get out. $175.00 and wasn;t aloud to Pee. Please don;t book this Hotel,,, sleep in a bus shelter,, your car,, an outhouse would be better!

we enjoyed our 2 night stay here before heading home from our 2 week vacation. It was close to the airport & conveint for our family. The Hosts were super nice, friendly & very accommodating too. The breakfast was good too with a personal touch.
Parking was a little bit of a small area to fit in to get in & out, but we weren't staying long.

Few observation points... The parking space is to limited and need handicap parking space. And the Lobby needs renovation. The first impresition of the Hôtel it’s always thru the lobby. So please renovate with a designer.

I have stayed here before and enjoyed it tremendously! The property is very beautiful. The staff is very attentive. The food is good. The pool area is very relaxing. There are many places to walk to shopping, cafes, pharmacy etc. This time I requested the room with 3 beds. This is a TERRIBLE room. It has no windows, is very tiny, very loud and run down. The other rooms are beautiful and spacious. Next time we will share beds!
