This luxury villa of 500m2 is distributed in a main house with 5 suites, 5 bathrooms and 2 toilets, one of them outside by the pool; 1 whirlpool bath, 1 living room, 1 kitchen with dining area for 12 people, barbecue area, chill out area and 4 dining tables, outside and inside for you to decide where you want to eat. The sixth suite is located in an extension connected through the garden with bathroom and private terrace.

To confirm your booking, we ask for a deposit of 50%.

- On arrival the guests will make a payment of 1000 € in cash as a deposit, which will be returned to them at the end of their stay and provided that they have left the house in the agreed conditions.

*After checking the meter, the deposit will be charged for electricity used (only if agreed at the time of rental).

- Final cleaning to be paid separately - 400 euros.

- Outdoor parking/garage: / without reservation.

- On request: 2 baby cots and 2 high chairs are provided free of charger.

- Heating - 60€ per day.

- IN JULY AND AUGUST CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT DAYS - SATURDAYS.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

- A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to communicate your arrival time (flight/boat number if applicable) and arrange key collection.

- Once you have arrived at your destination, please contact us by telephone and go directly to the accommodation or meeting point previously arranged.

- The reception office will contact you shortly to inform you of the time and place of key collection.

- Arrival outside opening hours:

a) The keys will be left in a safety deposit box.

) In case there is no safety deposit box, please arrange late arrival with the agency. Late arrival penalty to be paid in cash on arrival.

- Check-in after 23.00 - 30.00 Euro.

- If a late check-out is possible, whenever possible, the cost of the extension until 13:00 will be 50 euros and 90 euros before 17:00.

-Guests must ensure that the keys to the property are kept securely during their stay. Lost keys will be charged at €500 per set. This charge is due to the fact that the property will need to change the locks for the safety of future guests.

- In low season the check-in and check-out times are flexible. Please contact the agency to arrange the times.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Parties and events are not allowed.

- No noise is allowed after 23:00.

*ATTENTION!

Since July 2016, the government has introduced a tourist tax (ecotassa).

- 2,20 € per night and per person for the first 8 days. For the following days, €1.10 per night per person. Not applicable to children under 16 years of age.

- This amount must be paid to the agency at the time of arrival.
