Technology at check-in didn’t work (still not sure if we paid twice), hot water was limited, bed foundation “clanked” on one side, sink stopper was broken. Other than that, we were comfortable. :)

This location needs to be tore down and rebuilt. The room smelled of cigarettes and weed, the ceiling was cracking and peeling and mild gas grown in the cracks, cockroaches all over the bathroom and sink, the tiles beneath the toilet was cracked and caving in, the towels and shower cutain were supposed to be white but we riddled with stains to where they appeared gray. I left with bug bites all over my body so i wouldnt doubt if there were bed bugs too

Insects in room, not enough towels, overall room just needed updating. I guess you get what u pay for.

No hot water for a day water leaked from ceiling in bathroom front desk staff had no idea if it was being worked on had to find them sitting outside on the phone smoking to let them know anything

We got there and they had a problem with some out of town workers didn’t check out so our room I had booked was unavailable the nice hostess offered me another room that had a double bed I ordered a king cause I’m a large man and that just wasn’t gonna work and the rooms were dingy and the fridge was rusted gloomy lighting and the AC didn’t hardly work I left and went and found a different hotel to stay at was a super inconvenience for me and my wife

Entry room door was non working handle and staff told me the handle was non working when checking in to the hotel

Very disappointed and will not stay there again. Hotel is a 2.5

I had the best laughs due to the people and situation. It doesn't match my rating because the questions did pertain to the ladies I encountered. Unfortunately the property and immenities came up very short. That gave me the biggest laugh cause it was unimaginable to happen in a hotel I had to pay for.

Thank goodness we only stayed one night or I would have made a formal complaint. The floor and around the bed was dirty. The rest of the room was ok. Breakfast was very little, usual cereal and toast. Would not stay there again

Floor sagging around fridge. Stains (looked like blood) in tub. Terrible odor in room. Breakfast selections very limited. Only 2 wall plugs in room (at sink-none by bed). Faucet in sink needed repair.

The room smell so bad it was hard to breath, and there were roaches crawling on the night table.

Couldn’t get our door open. Had to walk 20 times back and forth to the front desk before the girl at the counter got off her butt and came open the door for us. Service was horrible. Everything looked like it was hanging on by a thread.

No wi-fi, though advertised. Noisy next to bridge over MS River.

Didn't run the a/c ,dirty an smelled like cigarette smoke, needed cleaning. Door seal was bad so anyone smoking outside or at the waffle house was coming in the door. Floor was dirty. Bathroom flooring was broken. Breakfast was very limited. Lady bugs inside the room, Didn't really mind them being there.

I am no sure where to start with. With this condition not sure how city can issue residence permit. they also boast free break fast, there was nothing, i mean nothing for breakfast, juts coffee and expired milk.

Whole building was old and looked dirty; bedspread was stained and rumpled, not smooth like freshly made bed. Area was run down and didn't look safe; made non refundable reservations but decided to bite the bullet and left immediately.

Was told they didn't have a room, but finally gave us a room, no light bulb in the only lamp , couldn't shut the bathroom door, bugs smashed on the ceiling, bugs in the tub, remote for the TV didn't work, ended up checking out and going to a different hotel

I have been to other days inn and like cheap properties if i just need to stay for the night. But forget about staying for the night i wasnt able to stay for even 10mins. There were literally bugs on the wall and there was a very strong damp smell in the room. Even the lady at checkout was straight away rude and unprofessional. First of all they checked in someone else on my name and this created so much confusion that i was left stranded for an 45mins-1hr. When i went back to complain that the room had bugs then instead of apologizing she said that she broke her back for me to get the room and i dont want that. Lady, you sat on that chair and made calls and nothing else. I was the one stranded. The location is ok. But i would recommend red roof inn which is at a much better location and almost the same price

I got the room for a very cheap price and wasnt expecting much. Surprisingly it was quiet clean and bed was comfortable.

Did not have remote for tv, no ironing biard or iron, no hsir dryer , general not up to your standards. But rented another for next night, bad move

The first room smelled so bad we asked for a different room. The second room still smelled of mildew. We noticed a couple different bugs that were on the walls. The comforter had stains on them. I would not recommend staying here. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.

Reservation done for an overnight stay as part of a longer trip, when arrived at the hotel, I found seven other consumers waiting outside of the lobby and no staff inside or answering the telephone. No posted note, nothing stating when the staff would be back.

This was the worst i have stayed at a hotel. Rooms smelled of cat urine, no toilet paper and the front desk couldnt find any gave me a half used roll, fridge had home made tape for shelves, no vending or ice, had roaches. I could go on and on.

The desk staff were very nice and welcoming. The shower was surprisingly nice like it had been replaced recently. Other than that the room was filthy. See photos. Towels were filthy and unwashed. There was a a pot of blood on the bed, dirt and maybe foot prints on the walls and beds, pillows smelled bad, old mattresses, dirty furniture in disrepair, air conditioner smelled bad, and the door lock was ripped off. The towel in the photo was not used by me. It was that dirty when I arrived. People outside were smoking pot and possibly meth. I did not feel safe there.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The hotel is located right on the MIssissippi River.
