Latitude Adjustment located in One Particular Harbour is a gorgeous coastal contemporary 3 bedroom/3 bath penthouse. Upgraded kitchen tile and tiled knee wall at the island. Beautiful wood look plank flooring runs throughout this penthouse condo. Upon entry, you will find a very spacious open floor plan with a fully-equipped kitchen complete with breakfast bar. The kitchen opens up to the over-sized living room where you can relax after a long day in the sun. The entire living spaces offers picturesque coastal views with oversized sliding doors that allow the natural light in throughout the entire condo. Off the living room, you will find a screened lanai where you can enjoy your morning coffee, an evening cocktail, or dine alfresco. This condo features 3 full-size bedrooms, two of which are primary suites with ensuite bathrooms that feature king-size beds. The other bedroom features double twin bunk beds and sofa where the kids can relax and watch their favorite movies. Are you a Freedom Boat Club Member? If so, the on-site marina host the Freedom Boat Club and you can reserve the boat of your choice during your stay (Must be a Freedom Boat Club member and contact them to book.)
This fantastic condo includes 4 bicycles with helmets, perfect for skipping traffic and parking hassles. Ride over to the beach or enjoy a scenic adventure exploring Robinson Preserve!

Marina Walk Amenities - Resort Amenities for short term stays (less than one month) include free Wi-Fi, private resort-style heated pool and cabana area, children's tot lot area, a splash zone and BBQ grilling area with picnic tables. A deep water marina with wet and dry storage is on site to enjoy a restful stroll and a beautiful place to watch the sunsets. A Florida fish-house-style restaurant, Floridays, is also on site and only a short walk away.
Long-Term Amenities: Guests who stay for 30 days or longer can enjoy additional amenities of Harbour Isle. These include the waterfront Beach Club with private pools, hot tub and beach, fully equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn and kayak launch. Two additional private pools and hot tub are also included. There is an exercise trail for morning jogs or leisurely sunset strolls along quiet waters of a large lagoon and lush landscaping throughout the community.

While the property itself was decent, our overall experience was overshadowed by an unexpected and intrusive event. On the second day of our stay, we were informed that a realtor would be coming with a potential buyer to view the property, as it was listed for sale! This information was not disclosed in the VRBO listing, and we felt it was a significant invasion of privacy. Sea Breeze, the property management, includes this clause in a contract they send after you book the property on VRBO and give you a 48-hour window to sign before canceling your reservation.
I spent a considerable amount of time on the phone with VRBO representatives to address the situation, but the management insisted that we were fortunate to even have the option of choosing a viewing time. They said it was not always an option for guests.
This experience left a sour taste in our mouths, and I would caution future guests to be wary of this possibility before booking. Unless you are comfortable with the risk of having realtors showing up during your vacation, I would recommend exploring other accommodation options.

Beautiful, gated property with spectacular water views. We were also able to walk to a restaurant for dinner. The room was clean and having a washer and dryer in the unit was definitely a plus.

It's our second stay in the one particular harbour complex, we had a 2 bed last time this one was a 3 bed both great units. you're close to everything you need beach, shops etc, both apartments we've stayed in the been great.. We're already looking at our 3rd visit for October also SeaBreeze are absolutely great to work with, we highly recommend SeaBreeze and one particular harbour apartments.

We enjoyed our stay and would visit again. The condo was spacious and you could tell they put thought into making sure the space had everything you needed. From extra blankets to kitchen ware. The community was quiet and welcoming. We also appreciated the courtesy check-ins by the renters to see how our stay was going and if we needed anything.

We were so impressed with the property! So clean with a beautiful view of the bay and sunset. I would highly recommend this property it's stunning! Had tons of room with a very convenient location too lots of great restaurants the amazing pool and the beach! Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The house was very clean and had everything we wanted. There was everything from chairs-umbrellas beach toys for children. The nearest beach is 5 minutes away by car. We would like to come and stay again, we liked the house very much.
