Great value just a short drive from Le Morne mountain and beach. The rooms are very comfortable and the owner even let me shower after check out after hiking up the mountain so that I didn't have to go to the airport dirty and smelly!

Относительно недалеко красивый пляж Ле Морн и гора на которую можно подняться. Рядом автобусная остановка.
1) Шумоизоляция. В номере сделано окно с видом в соседний номер. По факту вы будете слышать каждый чих из соседнего номера. Про сон можно забыть. Окно из туалета выходит на кухню соседнего номера, при этом его закрыть нельзя.
2) На завтрак за 4 евро будет просто омлет.
3) Отель перекрасили. Вывески на нем нет. Чтобы найти его, надо было пройти целый квест.
4) Рядом нет ни одного адекватного кафе или магазина
5) Глубина пляжа возле отеля по колено. Чтобы искупаться надо ездить на другие пляжи
6) Заявленным прокатом велосипеда невозможно воспользоваться, он всегда занят.
7) В номере нет даже мыла.
8) По ночам бегают тараканы

There are 3 apartments in total, we had the one on the ground floor and right side. The room was clean, with two beds, ac, anti moskito socket, kitchen. Well situated just next to Le Morne beach where a lovely sunsets happen.
Not definitely a negative, however owner accepts only cash.

Location is okay to Le Morne if you have your own car.
There is no fresh air as when you open the window the mosquitoes come inside. When you close the windows the room is not avilable for fresh air. There should be some mosquitos filter. İt can be more clean however it is countryside of mauritius so do not expect more. Thee is place to put clothes. There is nothing to hang on wet towels.or clothes after sea activity.

Soorekah was very open and welcoming, helping me to arrange my trip around the south of Mauritius, offering to drive places, and even cooking a delicious Mauritian meal!
It's a bit far from the main beach area, but the bikes they have available to rent work great for this!

The family running the accommodation was absolutely brilliant from the moment we arrived to the moment we departed. Even inviting us to spend New Years Eve with them for a BBQ and fireworks on the beach opposite. Although you'll need some form of transport (like most places in Mauritius) to get around, it is ideally placed for sites light Le Morne Mountain and Beach, as well as Chamarel Seven Coloured Earths and Waterfall.
The surrounding area can be a little noisy at times, but never disrupting the stay or sleep.

we felt home and relaxed immediately. suseka and her family were great! we got breakfast, were offered to have dinner…and everything was just very easy going. we were traveling with public busses, no car, and were getting along fine. there is a mini market open until 21.30 right next door, the food places close 18 in the village. the bus to baie du cap/La gaulette (where you find restaurants and a bus to chamarel) stops a few meters away, but mind the last bus back leaves baie du cap 18.30 ;) . there are the wonderful lonely beach spots if you walk the coast towards the mountain.

Unfortunately we had cockroaches in room. We sprayed 3 of them. The room we got have gate instead of window and if they let it open, probably because of that there were cockroaches. Otherwise it was ok.

The best part of this property was the terrace and location close to the water.
A lot of noise coming from the road. The bathroom was not fully separated from the room (open roof), so you could hear everything no matter if you closed the door or not. Very low water pressure in the shower. The fridge was dirty.

A very friendly family and a perfect room with a balcony and seaview. Great dinner! We enjoyed our stay very much. Location is perfect for kitesurfing & exploring the black river national park.

The family run establishment is a little gem in the region of the island. I was made to feel welcome from the instant in which I set foot within the property. As I arrived on a Sunday (by bus) and the town is a sleepy hollow (which I adored), the owner drove me to a nearby hole-in-the-wall food joint to purchase dinner. The guesthouse is large, tastefully decorated, clean and ideally situated, across the road from the water. The views are sublime, particularly from the verandah at the front. Some key sights are within walking distance. I could have easily spent my entire three weeks in-country at this guesthouse.
There is really nothing negative to report.
