It was very fun and had great view

Beautiful place, nice and new. I’m giving 3 stars for a few reasons, first, the bathroom door in the rooms offer zero privacy. It is a sliding glass type door and you can hear every single thing, we did not love that at all. Second, our tv kept losing connection, and right at the exciting end of the college football games. We called to the front desk and they sent someone up but he couldn’t do much and said this happens quite often. Lastly, the staff was just OK, nobody was overly friendly as a hotel staff should be. Anyways, nice place but one visit was enough for us.

Only issue my key card had not been properly keyed for my hotel room, but housekeeping staff was able to accommodate with this problem. Front Desk Staff did correct the issue though.

People very friendly and let us park our motorcycle near the front and gave us a room where we could see the bike from our room. Room very clean. Suggestion: Motorcycle parking near entrance. Lots of bikers ride in the area.

The website said that I had paid in full only possible incidental charge was a $10 deposit I got to the counter and checked in I was told would be a $100 deposit off my card (whether or not I wanted to told that I was wrong and that was the amount with an ttitude ) I told them that I had someone staying in the room my friend who had 1 leg and what kind of special comendations could they do ?? Was no answer when I got back to my party and we parked in hotel prkng long walk to entrance with no elevator just an escalator going up with my friend on. Crutches he has 1 leg and no leg from the knee down on other side.hard time no elevator there.in the room there is no handrails in the shower he almost fell.NOT a HANDYCAP accessable HOTEL .he was offered a wheel chr later by sec non motorized which he returned I had to go to the room with my other half. We were not able to watch TV couldn't get any chanels and the tablet which I was given internet code did nothing. We are 65 me 67 Richard and 71 my friend with one leg .This place is catered to younger people not retired people like US .Who looked forward to seeing the updated new hotel .And felt the check in staff RUDE in not concerned abt my needs .BAR cntr RUDE just wanted to close in time but waitresses filled orders after we were shut down after 1 drink.NO TV No food available at ALL,? Sorry didn't go to Black Oak to spend our $$$$ no recommendation here 2.

Check in was slow. They need bathroom facilities at restaurant or bar next door. They should have a microwave in the room so you can reheat your leftovers from dinner. The refrigerator is already in the room. Overall it was a good experience and we would go back in the future.

Because it’s new

Brand new hotel/casino room was beautiful clean and modern. Casino was very clean and NO SMOKE!! I was there for business but will definitely take my wife back there once they get the pool and gym finished.

The overall experience was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room’s were very spacious.

Property is very nice. Room was very clean and comfy. Slots were fun!

Staff was great! New property and new games to play.
