There are 3 double bedrooms, one with an ensuite and two additional bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The bedroom has been painted with electro-magnetic fog paint which aids a restful nights sleep. The lighting in the bedrooms and reception rooms is designed to help you transition inline with your natural circadian rhythm, helping you energise in the morning and relax in the evening. The interior has been renovated to an extremely high standard with hand carved furniture made from sustainable wood that has been sourced from Sherwood Forest. The kitchen boasts a range of modern appliances and a water filtration system.

Guests have access to the entire property.

The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
