Great stay! The hotel was in a great location right on the beach and walking distance to so many things. Everyone was so nice and I was pleasantly surprised by the food and beverage prices. It was much more affordable than I thought it was going to be. All the food we had there was really good too.

We had great servers at the Sun Deck. Georgia, Kaden, and Jax took great care of us! We plan to return soon.

Great Beach! All staff from front desk, housekeeping, bartenders were great and friendly. Quite a bit of the restaurants however were closed down due to the slow season is what we were told. The Sundeck restaurant had a waiter that brought me the wrong salad and completely forgot my drink. After that happened we just asked for boxes to take our food back to the room. The waiter was busy but didn't want to stick around for bad service. This place has a great location and is in walking distance to some shopping and other restaurants. We rented a car and went to Sanibel and Captiva Islands to check them out since they are close. Overall I'd recommend this place, mostly due to the location.

Well it was my mother, brother, sister in law and myself that stayed there. We were literally right above the bar that had a band every night until midnight. I have stayed here before and never had a problem. I was so disappointed. Not only were we kept up until midnight but at 6:30 in the morning we also had the privilege of having the trash truck come with their back up beeper going off like an alarm! When we checked out I mentioned to them of my displeasure with the stay and that it would have been nice to know when we checked in exactly where our room was and that it would be that noisy. I got a deer on the headlight look and that was it! This was a trip for my mom’s 80th birthday. How disappointing

Very dirty hotel. A lot of riff raft. Definitely do not go down to the beach closer to night time. Very unsafe.

We loved this hotel. Right on the beach with a relaxed vibe. Staff were amazing, friendly and always ready to help. Our room was spacious and clean with everything we needed. Parking was free for guests and on-site and secure. The beach is beautiful with soft white sand. The resort wasn’t busy and so it was very quiet in our room. Great bars onsite and some lovely restaurants just up the road. We will definitely stay here again!

We didn't sleep the 3 days we were there...horribly loud music every night. One elevator wasn't working; one restaurant was closed; the "fine dining" restaurant we visited for our anniversary dinner was so loud, we couldn't talk to one another; phone didn't work in the room..I was told maintenance would check it but never saw anyone. I had to sign an agreement to close our curtains after 9pm, not to disturb the turtles, otherwise pay a $250 fine; we had to park across the street; for the resort fee I paid per night, we were given 2 bottles of water every day! Really? Will never stay there again. Oh, and I did see a cockroach

The cutest rooms ever! Old and dated, but beachy themed, cozy, comfortable with a great view of the ocean! We liked it so much we booked a second night and plan to return in November! Food available at two different restaurants, room service at certain times, shopping in the hotel, a bar and live bands every night! Fantastic place! Highly recommended!

Very beautiful place, friendly staff, but cleaning needs improvement much improvement, rooms are not clean, sand all over the floor. Beds did not look like they had changed sheets, there was blood on one of the curtains. But other than the cleaning issue the rest was good.

At 9:30 am we went to have breakfast on the 6th floor in the hotel. minutes before we left the suitcases in the car; leaving the food and milk of our 9-month-old baby in the room. Once we went through the room at 10:30 to get the baby's food, they had already finished cleaning the entire room and they threw away the baby's food because, according to the woman who was cleaning, she said that we had already entered the room; whose room we could have until 11 am…. We called a hotel supervisor and unfortunately she did not solve any problem for us either. And we ran out of food for our baby… It was the first and last time we rented in that hotel. What a disappointment.
