Room had hair on the bathroom floor. All of our soap dispensers were just about empty. Durning breakfast none of the staff was cleaning up after spills our dirty tables.

We drove in from out of town, got in at 4:00 to check in the room, room was not ready. Very disappointed we had to get ready in the restroom by the lobby to go to a concert. Room was not ready till almost 6:00. Will never stay there again. Will also not refer hotel to family and friends.

Booked and had itinerary number and all through hotels.com but the hotel wasn't able to find the reservation. Receptionist even spoke to a hotels.com customer service and nothing. I had to CALL the hotel 1800 # to book because they don't take walk ins. Standing in front of the receptionist and having to call to book. Hotel itself was very nice just very loud. Heard neighbor's snores and footsteps

Great location off I-30. Clean facility, nice up to date rooms. Good breakfast with plenty of options. Ideal for families! Will stay again while visiting family close by.

I liked most things about this hotel. However there were limited drinks options for breakfast. The orange and apple juice were out of order. I took my kids to the pool where there were people in the pool drinking beer and smoking and others listening to loud music. Needless to say, we didn’t stay at the pool. The next day when we did go to the pool, there was trash and food, mostly soggy hot Cheetos, around the pool.

The gotel was perfect. We had the basics of a kitchen and it was clean and tidy. The ammenities were excellent and the overall feel the hotel was modern and simple. We loced thw proce and plan to stay here next time we travel to DFW

The room was nice and big. There were plenty of plug ins and USB adapters for chargers!

This hotel was the perfect location for getting to Globe Life Arena for the concert we were attending - our room was amazing - SO nice & roomy - such neat little additions for Maximizing space - loved the little shelf in the shower - loved that the shower head was away from the handle - loved the big towels - bed & pillows super comfy - would stay again in a heartbeat!

This was a nice room. Decent breakfast- they ran out of eggs for quite awhile but other than that it was ok.

Great staff and facilities! Breakfasts was neat and all food was great! The area around the parking lot needs a good cleaning of weeds and some additional lights. We travel late and it was a little intimidating getting off our car - with critters it’s scary to walk near such tall grass.

Great stop-along-the-way hotel! Floor was dirty upon entering but I think it’s the type of tile that accentuates everything and lots of traffic. I was worried it was indicative of the overall cleanliness of the hotel, but was not! Our room was clean and comfortable, perfect after a long day on the road. The bed was comfortable and the double Queen with kitchenette had plenty of room for the 6 of us. Larry at the front desk is delight! Everyone was very friendly. The pool and sitting areas looked nice, but we were too tired to use them. The workout room was great as well. I thought the sunflowers planted all around the perimeter of the property was a nice touch! When you don’t have a view or an ugly urban one…plant sunflowers!

New Hotel. Excellent experience.

There’s a whole shopping center, Walmart, Lowe’s, all right there around it, but it’s far enough off the highway that you don’t hear traffic all night long. The staff were absolutely fantastic. They were super helpful, and I unfortunately had to bother them several times. (Nothing major, wanted snacks from the store in lobby, ran out of toilet paper, got pool towels on the way to the pool, just minor things) Breakfast wasn’t the most amazing meal like you’d cook at home, but they did have a good variety as well as hot food (sausage, bacon, eggs, grits/oatmeal). We stayed in a K suite and it had a living room with a pull out couch, as well as a full kitchen. Very roomy, very clean room. We really enjoyed it.

Hotel just opened in late December 2024. The rooms were beautiful and well decorated.

Customer service was great! Our room was very comfortable, but the outdoors were very dirty, probably due to lack of staff. I’d like to know what kind of sheets the bed had as they were heavenly!! Unfortunately we didn’t try their breakfast and didn’t get to swim either.

WEEKEND STAY. NO FOOD AT BREAKFAST SUNDAY OR MONDAY. NOT EVEN CREAM FOR COFFEE. MAYBE A DIFFERENT CREW FOR TUESDAY WHEN THE BREAKFAST WAS ACTUALLY VERY GOOD. VERY HIT OR MISS. NOT UP TO THE RATINGS BY ANY MEANS
