Located in quiet Pererenan, this developing area presents an authentic slice of Bali without the big crowds. Yet it’s conveniently close to lively Canggu and the rugged dark-sand surf beaches of Bali’s west coast.

Designed by renowned architect Alexis Dornier, this spectacular six-bedroom villa is perfect for groups of friends and extended families with kids of all ages. The central atrium is the social hub of the villa with slatted exterior walls, which invite the natural light and cool breeze indoors. A silver sculptural water slide is its centrepiece, splashing into the swimming pool below. An abundance of living and entertainment spaces are spread over three lavish levels, accessed by either stairs or a convenient elevator. The unique tropical design represents open-air living at its finest, complete with rural views, while air-conditioned comfort is never more than a few footsteps away.

Each air-conditioned ensuite bedroom is furnished with either a king bed or two queen beds; two bedrooms are fitted with Smart TVs. Akashi Residence occupies three floors:
- Lower Ground: Secondary kitchen, secondary dining area, pool table, ice bath, garden
- Ground Floor: Main entrance, main kitchen, main dining area, two bedrooms, guest bathroom, air conditioned living room, swimming pool
- 2nd Floor: Four bedrooms including master bedroom, terrace, gym, slide to swimming pool

LIVING AREAS
The living area provides a separate, air-conditioned room for relaxation on the ground floor. There’s also a balcony, rattan chairs, and ceiling fans, as well as a roofed al-fresco sitting area by the pool.

ENTERTAINMENT
High-speed WiFi throughout and a dedicated media room equipped
with a 85-inch Smart TV with Netflix. There’s also a pool table on
the first floor.

KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen is equipped with an Oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, juicer, blender, toaster, rice cooker, electric kettle, electric stove, and water dispenser as well as essential
cooking tools, cutlery, and wine glasses.

The dining and kitchen areas are conveniently located next to each other, offering an open and inviting space.
