Our 2-bedroom home sleeps up to five guests and offers a warm, inviting space, perfect for a relaxing stay with your family, friends, and pets. Just minutes from Kansas State University and the lively Aggieville district, this home is ideal for those visiting the university or looking to explore the local nightlife, dining, and shopping.

Comfortable & Spacious Bedrooms:
You’ll find two comfortable bedrooms, each designed for relaxation. The master bedroom features a queen bed and a quiet workspace, ideal for those needing to catch up on work. The upstairs suite offers a queen bed and two twin beds, along with a TV for added entertainment—perfect for accommodating more guests. All mattresses are high-quality medium-firm memory foam for a restful night’s sleep.

Fully Equipped Kitchen & Cozy Living Space:
Our fully equipped kitchen has all the modern appliances and dining essentials you need to prepare meals during your stay. The living room is the perfect spot to unwind, with a smart TV for streaming your favorite shows and plenty of seating for everyone.

Private, Fenced-In Backyard with Outdoor Dining:
The fenced backyard is ideal for both relaxation and play, making it a great space for pets. Enjoy outdoor meals at the dining table and seating area on the patio, or fire up the gas grill that’s directly connected to the home’s natural gas—no need to deal with propane tanks. Well behaved pets are allowed with a $75 pet fee. Please clean up after them. Poop Bags Provided.

Since this is a residence and we don't have a trash collection service that comes directly to the home, we kindly ask that you take the trash to the designated dumpster during your stay. Thank you for your understanding!

To keep our cleaning fees low, we pay our cleaning crew hourly, passing the savings on to you. The base nightly rate includes up to three guests, with an additional charge of $15 per night for each guest beyond three to cover extra cleaning and laundry costs.
