Loved the room and service.

Great vintage property. Older building will come eith older building problems. Room was recently renovated however. You do have the benefit of larger rooms in an older structure. Staff is very friendly. Great amenities on property.

The stay was amazing. Took my wife and 18 year old daughter. We all agreed everything was great. Reminded us of a place we stay in Cancun sometimes. Can’t wait to go back.

La posada sells its 4 diamond rating. The courtyard is pretty, but it's nothing more than an average hotel with a pretty exterior.
I tried to have a beer at the hotel bar and the gas was not working. I then tried to buy a soda at the vending machine on the second floor. Not only did the wrong type of can come out, but that can was punctured, sticky, and half empty.
The rooms are fine. The bathtub/shower was a bit dated.
No real attention to detail.

This hotel was a nice place many years ago but now, it is really bad
Doors don’t close, there are cracks on the balcony doors. The drapes are so old and dirty and falling apart

Not what I expected for the price, shampoo and conditioner were refilled not New cream was old. Needs to be renovated, staff was not very friendly or informative

I love this hotel for it's grandiose building, but it has been twic that i have asked for a specific type of room and have not received it. I will see about reserving thru the hitel itself next time.

Beautiful hotel. However, little things could made better. First key card would not open hallway door. Had to go back and reprogram card again ,which is no big deal but more people did show up with same problem. .next, tub was not clean and second day staying it did got clean. No tv. No channel..

Dated hotel, old and kind of run down. Not very clean. Not the room we reserved but only available. Gym is good, breakfast is good and staff is nice. Probably would not stay again.

When I check in, the room was warm, but it was hot outside. When I arrived back to the room to get ready to meet my group I went to Laredo to meet, the room was unbearable. I notified the front desk after I got dressed and they sent maintenance up to look @the a/c. I was already pushing it on time for our dinner reservations. There was nothing they could do so they offered to move me to another room. As stated, I didn’t have the time to move, as I was now running late. I had no choice but to stay in the room.
Upon checkout, they saw the notation from maintenance that the a/c needed to be fixed. I did not even receive an apology, much less some sort of discount. This is not a cheap hotel, and I expected MORE from them than the way I was treated. Nice property, but on my next trip there, I WILL NOT be staying there. I have recommended this place to a lot of my friends and colleagues in the past, but not so sure I will now.

I can’t say enough about the staff at La Posada Hotel, other than, they went above and beyond to makes us feel welcomed, comfortable and all of needs were not only met, they were exceeded. I would highly recommend any family with or without pets to stay at this lovely getaway. R & R

I was very worried about travel and hotel stay during COVID-19. Staff was very careful and they even had temperature check which was fantastic. The pool was open and very clean. It was a great stay thank you.

I have stayed at less pricing hotels for better service ... no microwave??simply the staff in the front seemed unwilling to accommodate.Will never go back to that hotel.
