Queen Floor Mattress or Queen Air Bed – For guests who have a group of 5 individuals, a Queen Airbed or Queen Floor Mattress will be provided depending on what is available. It will be provided if requested. You must notify me of your need for an Airbed/Floor Mattress in advance.

Entertainment -- Super High Speed Starlink WIFI and 3 HDTVs with Roku streaming devices (guest mode).

Laundry: Stackable washer and dryer are located inside of the unit with all the detergent and fabric softener you'll need.

You are booking the main house of a triplex property.

The main entrance is through the front door with a smart lock. Your code will be sent to you within 3 days of your arrival.

There is a Studio unit attached to a Cottage, which has a long-term tenant, who is super sweet and helpful.

Guests are also welcome to use 2 complimentary bikes that are in the shed.

You have 100% privacy in the main house throughout your stay.

This home is in a very quiet neighborhood and we would like to keep it this way.

If you need to check-in earlier than my listed check-in time or need to check-out later than my listed check-out time, our cleaners charge $25 per hour that will be collected after booking.
