Hi All, I'm so glad you found my place that has hosted over 60 guests so far in. 2016 and incredibly has received a FIVE out FIVE (5) STARS in every category 96% of the time. I stopped renting in 2016 and am relisting in 2024. You really can't go wrong here. I really do take care if my guests but just review me based on my ad and expectations I set. Also, I've been using other HOME SHARING SITES bu new to VRBO and my 1st 20 inquiries have set the tone for this site so just know I decline/delete requests to keep my (inbox and calendar clean... And sanity) if within 3 HOURS of initial inquiry, you drop off and dont reply to my response. Thanks. Enjoy FREE PARKING at this very clean, private & cozy room designed & renovated specifically with you in mind. Full bath in rm. Keyless entry. Bedroom door locked and key provided, One long time friend is renting upstairs and is around 1/2 the month. He stays on the third floor while you have the first floor (ground level) all to yourselves less then main door access to the house on the ground floor to get upstairs, which is shared.

Free MetroBus from house to MetroRail 1 mile away straight down Glebe Road (no turns) and next to the Target. Also, 1-3 blocks away are tons of restaurants + bus to Pentagon City indoor and outdoor shopping center + Mall. 1-3 blocks walk to Starbucks 24/7 breakfast, 3 grocery stores and lots more.
