Situated on a half-acre lot, each Polo Villa features an expansive pool and spa area with an outdoor firepit, perfect for entertaining. For an additional fee, this home offers a private chef, pre-fridge stocking, and mid-stay cleans. Get ready for the trip of a lifetime at the Polo Villas! *The Space* Walking into the villa you will find yourself drawn to the beautiful living area. Featuring a fireplace, big screen TV, and elevated furnishings, making this the ideal gathering place. This home features two master suites with ensuite bathrooms and large walk-in closets allowing you to comfortably unwind after a busy day. . The remaining three bedrooms also offer ensuite bathrooms providing all guests with privacy. This luxurious and elegant home is the perfect place that you deserve to get away from it all. Guests have access to a 24/7 support team. Whether it’s fridge stocking or in-home massages, AvantStay offers a variety of upgrades & experiences to enhance your stay. *Home Truths:* - Please note that the photos may not be exactly accurate to the furnishings of this home, but the layout and amenities are similar and comparable. - This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. 2 twin rollaway beds and additional linens are located in the master closet. - All bedrooms feature an ensuite bathroom. - Home is fully stocked with a coffee machine, coffee, laundry detergent, indoor and outdoor towels, kitchen cookware, Brita water filter, first-aid kit, hair dryers, and toiletries. - POOL & SPA: Pool heat is available at this home at an extra cost and needs to be requested at least 48 hours before your stay. Spa Heat is complimentary for guests. Pool heat is not available between May 1st and October 1st. Our desert pools are heated to a maximum temperature of 87 degrees. Please note that we do not exceed this temperature for pool heating. If you opt for pool heat please know that pool heat and spa heat can only be run one at a time, not concurrently. During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this. - Please note that the pool sun loungers do not have cushions and we are unable to provide them upon request, we apologize for this inconvenience. - Our homes feature NFL Sunday Ticket programming through the TV's YouTube subscriptions in each room for full sports streaming entertainment. - Please be aware that during festivals like Coachella, although the Villas are within walking distance of the polo grounds, road closures and specific access points can extend the walking distance to the festival entrance to approximately 1.4 miles. While some guests choose to walk and walking is possible, we strongly recommend purchasing golf cart services for easier access. - Please be aware of wildlife such as insects, scorpions, and snakes. Our team does their best to check the home before your arrival, but please be mindful about leaving the doors & windows open during your stay. Parking Details: - The garage accommodates 1 car. - The driveway accommodates 4 compact cars. - Please note that the smaller garage unit on the property is not accessible to guests, and is periodically used by housekeeping for supplies. The larger garage unit accommodates one car and is available and reserved for only guests. This home offers one pack n' play travel crib and one high chair. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones! --- The room configuration is as follows: Primary Bedroom / King bed w/ ensuite Bedroom 2 / King bed w/ ensuite Bedroom 3 / Queen bed w/ ensuite Bedroom 4 / Queen bed w/ ensuite Bedroom 5 / Twin bunk bed + twin bed w/ ensuite Additional Sleeping Accommodation / 2 rollaway beds + 2 tri-folds --- The concierge services are provided by a local, third-party service that the managing host is assisting to arrange and are not affiliated with the property owner. By booking any of the available add-ons, the renter understands that they are not affiliated with the property owner, and the guest/renter agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the property owner for any and all claims related to any third-party activities. Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
