This property is truly an entertainer’s delight with plenty of outdoor dining and seating options, both an outdoor fireplace and pit, and even a telescope for stargazing. These unique features pair well with a glass (or two) of local wine from the vineyards, just a short walking distance away. Cheers! Only a short drive from Los Angeles and San Diego, Temecula is a charming town with lots of character. Known for its upscale wineries and extensive vineyards, Temecula offers plenty of unique opportunities for those who appreciate the art of the grape and delicious food. Not a fan of wine? Worry not, this town has plenty of other attractions such as golf, hot air ballooning, farmers markets, and shopping. At the heart of Temecula lies Old Town, where visitors can take a step back in time as they meander through wooden boardwalks lined with western-inspired buildings. Guests have access to a 24/7 support team. Whether it’s fridge stocking or in-home massages, AvantStay offers a variety of upgrades & experiences to enhance your stay. ​​​​​​​ Home Truths: - We do not allow bookings that are less than 24 hours from check-in. - This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - ATVs and dirt bikes are not allowed on the property. - Absolutely no exterior amplified music or there will be a $500 fine - Due to the remote location of our properties guests may experience unannounced power outages. - No events or parties are allowed at this property. - All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924). - Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens are provided in the master closet. - All jacuzzi jets in the bathtubs in the home are disabled and not available to be used by guests. - Riverside county has a strict “no burn” civil code. All wood-burning fires throughout the property are strictly prohibited. - Please note that you must be at least 25 years old to book this home. - Due to the remote location of our properties guests may experience unannounced power outages. Parking Details: Driveway accommodates up to 11 cars. No garage access. No street parking. This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones! --- The bedroom configuration is as follows: Bedroom 1 / king bed and 1 twin fold-out bed Bedroom 2 / king bed Bedroom 3 / 2 queen beds +2x twin beds Bedroom 4 / king bed Bedroom 5/ queen bed Bedroom 6/ 2x queen Bedroom 7/ full bed + 2 twin size tri-fold sleeping mats --- Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud. STR Permit No.; RVC-349
