This stylish decorated apartments are 70 square meters each with very nice interiors, like parquet floors or good water pressure. they are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor with two elevators, and has a janitor on daytime.

Estos elegantes apartamentos tienen una superficie de 70 metros cuadrados cada uno y cuentan con interiores muy bonitos, como suelos de parqué o buena presión de agua. están ubicados en el 2do y 3er piso con dos ascensores, y cuentan con conserje durante el día.

The Neighborhood:
Condesa is one of the safest areas of the city with a lot of security, in walking distance to best hotels, delicious, restaurants, bars, cafes an very near to the city center and breathtaking and historical places like La Roma, Polanco, and the Anthropology Museum. In Condesa you can choose to eat on a fancy restaurant or street food. You can drive, walk or rent a bicycle for a week and go wherever you want.

Getting Around:
Uber is cheap, safe and always available. There is a "Safe taxi base" 2 blocks away and Metro Chilpancingo is 1.4 km away, and if you don't feel like walking, you can take a bus just in front of the apartment.

Other Things to Note:
**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.

*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).

*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.

We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.
