The space
From a well lit side entrance descend five steps to the open concept living room/dining area and kitchen with quartz countertops and peninsula island with bar stool seating. The living space includes a kitchen table that can double as a workspace, a living area with a smart TV and a laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer.
You’ll sleep on a queen size Casper mattress in a good sized bedroom with a nice window facing the backyard. The spacious bathroom contains a nice sized walk-in shower.
The property has an EV charger which may be accessed for a fee - contact the host. Otherwise street parking can be purchased for 24/48/7 days for $19/$27/$41 respectively.

The ceilings are 6'8" throughout except for a bulkead crossing the center of the apartment which is 6'2" high.

Our home is on a quiet residential street in a family friendly neighbourhood. The owner lives upstairs and has a day job. There is a shared wall with the neighbouring semi. Guests are expected to keep noise to a minimum after 11:00 PM, and likewise, guests will experience noise at a minimum, although some sound is expected to travel between the 2 units.

I'm willing to accommodate families with 1 or 2 children. The sofa can be used a a double bed. Contact the host for details.
