The lady at the desk was very helpful and friendly.

Everything in the hotel is extrememly dated with minimal comforts. The room was small, just enough room to walk around the bed. There wasn't even a microwave available as advertised.

Everything Staff rude and never help 👎 Room very dirty daily not good cleaning - using the same bed sheet without changing 👎 Bed first day with hair nails dirty face mask behind the bed 👎 No hot water in the room 👎 Bathroom dirty 👎 heating not working I got a cold 👎😡 No amenities ( Reception day with money soap - shampoo.....😊 New style of tourism 👎) Room floor with green carpet with dirty it look grey The window of the room without a curtain or a torn curtain, the street lighting in all parts of the room, I could not sleep 👎😡 The bed mattress from the abundance of dirt from the white color turned gray👎😡 No one listen to you
